[193] Copycat (1995)
Near the beginning of the movie Weaver is hung by a wire-cable noose over a toilet in a bathroom stall and struggles helplessly. She manages to stay alive, hanging by her neck, by holding the noose just loose enough.

Is she bound in any way? If not, this wouldn't qualify. If so, that needs to be made explicit in the description.

Now, I'm not so sure about the first scene (whether she had handcuffs on), but the second scene has been arranged by a copycat killer who wants to make the scene identical.

In my cap, she is handcuffed with her arms over her head and behind the wire coming from above.
Tapegagged later on in the scene, and as the decription says, taunted.
Wearing a red business suit (skirt)
Turns out ok for her in the end.

Near the end of the movie is a scene where she is running (chased by a serial killer of course) on the roof barefoot with the handcuffs still on.

I've seen the main scene ... no problem there. I haven't seen the first. My thought would be to qualify this in the entry until it's verified ... it seems to air relatively frequently.

Might want to add the barefoot scene to the db, some folks might appreciate it.
