That's correct, I'll update the entry.

Thanks.

Post related to Discussion Page.
Day or two back, I'd "linesman" in on a complaint about scant descriptions, when aware of fellas whom made efforts to improve after similar complaints a week or two previous.

To be fair, either have to get involved now that those requests not taken into consideration in the recent entries?
Or,
stay off Discussion Page, and let the fellas battle it out over there? Which I feel unnecessary.

Perhaps a better, fairer solution?

I'm just saying that ones from caps may have all the
information available. Entries should note that they're
from caps though.

Db entries (From Discussion)
Query posted today:

Line of Fire 1.05 w/ Leslie Hope.
I've added it to the db 3 or 4 times now, it keeps dissapearing. Not sure why.
I know there have been a (afaik) problem with the db / server once or twice, but I suspect something else is eating the submissions.
Think the number was in the early 10,000s.

Line of Fire aka Lines of Duty

Potential Search failure noticed by myself whilst reviewing.

"Description: Episode: 1x05 "Boom, Swagger, Boom"

Obvious Search failure problem.

"who ties her up with a telephone cord or something"

This was the original problem sqwacked about to the Editor.
At time, was just planning on correcting Title & Episode Title for Search, but complaint included the "even Brian R wants better descriptions" argument.

Decided best thing be to pull entry and review it with Collectors.

Caps different story, of course.
But this case saw no indication entries based from caps, nor requests for assist.

Again, trying to be fair.

Keep in mind, understand complaints,
but due to not being a Yank, nor dealing with standard episode English titles & guides all the time, I have to tape through entire series myself.
So okay with scant descriptions if fellas decide it alright.

I guess I'm still not clear why these can't be left in
place while you check them. If you do, that allows others
to use the "Update" to help you out.

Main reason started was to head off trouble on Discussion Page. Tossing the "Instigator" entries from immature posters beforehand.

How does an Editor distinguish between someone whom skipped passed all complaints, David's *many* requests, and posts with someone struggling with the Search feature on Discussion page,
with an immature individual trying a Maltby-McCarty imitation in there?

Open to suggestions

[142] Mulino delle donne di pietra, Il (1960) aka Mill of the Stone Women aka Drops of Blood aka Icon aka
There are only two actresses (not three) shown in bondage in this movie. Scilla Gabel plays Alfi the doomed daughter of a mysterious sculptor (Prof. Wahl)somewhere in Holland, She is afflicted with a disease which requires for her to receive the blood of young maidens to stay alive. The sculptor has the help of Dr. Bolem who carries the blood transfers and searches for a serum that will cure Alfi for good. Alfi is never in bondage.
In chapter 10 of the DVD we see Amilore (Liana Orfei) tied to a chair with ropes, her wrists resting on the arms of the chair and her legs bound with rope as well. No gag and no struggle despite the fact that Hans (the "hero" in the movie) gets to take a glance at her. She is seen later in a medical stretcher, initially she is asleep or sedated. Prof Wahl proceeds to tie her to the stretcher with leather thongs around her neck, wrists, thighs and ankles. As she wakes up, he gags her with and over-the-mouth white cloth which is placed adequately tight. There are several close ups of her gagged face as her blood is transferred to Elfi until she passes out. She eventually dies and becomes another of Prof Wahl's stone statues (therefore the title). Liselotte (Dany Carrel) is the other damsel in distress. She is to become the new "blood donor" and we see her similarly bound in the stretcher and gagged with the same technique. Before inserting the needle Wahl makes sure her gag is tight and fixes its position. Wide eyes from Liselotte but no struggle at all. In the climax the whole place burns to the ground killing Wahl and Elfi. Hans rescues Liselotte but the release from her binds is shown in too far a distant shot to surmise any detail.

I can take care of problems on Discussion. That shouldn't
affect anything with the Database.

Part of the problem is that I really don't understand
too well what you mean. Are you refering to bogus entries
meant to cause trouble? If so, then I need to be kept
in the loop so I can ban these people. Otherwise, I'm
not even sure what the concern is, and especially how
it applies to the one we're talking about.

> Open to suggestions

I thought we had decided to mark suspicious entries as
"Under Review". You're fixing problems that I don't
perceive as problems, so I must not be getting the proper
information to keep me apprised of the situations. All I
get is vague references to "troublemakers", but I never
know what that means. If people are persistently
violating rules, then they need to be dealt with.

I expressed dissatisfaction with "pulling" entries
before, because it makes people blame the DB software
and re-enter stuff. Then they complain to me and I have
no answers.

When I look at an entry like Line of Fire, there's no
violation of policy that would justify its deletion.
What can I tell someone who complains?

Well, see it different.

Been posting up every single entry needed looking at recent, and relating how handled to a degree.
Also related in the past have notes and such. Correct?
So

"people blame the DB software and re-enter stuff. Then they complain to me and I have no answers."

Well,
kind of irritating that someone would waste your time when this page is sitting right here. I could assist quick huh?
All based upon a standard

Actually, irritating to point going to take 5, get back to this post later
