Re: [#8029] Recent Conflicting Entry
Record number: 8029

Title: Dragon Ball
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Animated

Description: Episode: "Penguin Village" (3.2)

Bulma and the gang are attacked by General Blue's magic blue rope, which binds her snugly from shoulders to ankles. A bomb is left behind, but Launch arrives and frees Goku in The Nick O' Time for him to hurl it out the window.

The sequence begins about four minutes in, and for the next six minutes or so, Bulma's frenetic antics are featured.

David:
There's some conflicting information with this entry.
Know you like to reference EpGuides, so figure I can sort of amend this here.
Just want you to be aware:

IMDB Dragon Ball (2001)

And to save you time, will put the IMDB link for epguides here.

EpGuides- Dragon Ball (2001)

The poster ID'd this as ep: "Penguin Village" (3.2), but as you can see Epguides has it as "Pilaf And The Mystery Force" (3.2)
Hitting that link takes you to TVTOME Site, which has #55 Penguin Village
So using Epguides as a guide, should come out as;
"Penguin Village" (4.13)
Let me know if you don't agree?

BTW: Whilst over on IMDB, picked up this. So's ID'd:
Stephanie Nadolny as "Goku"
Tiffany Vollmer as "Bulma"

Bit of a conflict here,
ep: "Luck Be a Lady", Part 1 (2.21)
Has references to casino, casino winning, etc, but in Lake Tahoe
ep: "Viva Las Joey" (4.7)
References Las Vegas

Found a guide that leans in favour of "Luck Be A Lady", Part 1 (2.21)
Have a look at these and see what you think?

ep: "Luck Be a Lady", Part 1 (2.21)
The clan goes to Lake Tahoe, from where a live-show of 'Wake Up, San Francisco' is aired. There in the casino D.J. wins the jackpot but loses it again because she isn't yet 21. Jesse gets jealous when Becky only talks to and about the filmstar Masters (who is a guest on the show). As a result he tries to make her jealous. When they have calmed down again they both realize they love each other and Jesse proposes to her.

ep: "Viva Las Joey" (4.7)
Due to an illness the chimps can't perform in a benefit show in Las Vegas. Now Joey gets the chance he has always dreamed of - he is opening for Wayne Newton. As this is something great the others ask him whether he doesn't want to invite his parents. His mother would not be able to come and with his dad he doesn't get along well. But D.J. and Steph, however, invite him. In Las Vegas Joey and his dad meet again after a long time.

One mentions the "Casino win", other doesn't.
Can't see two casino win plots in same series, so going to edit it as such.
Additional input appreciated,
Thanx

This is mine. I'm going by the TV Tome listings, which have this as the 55th overall ep, but the second ep for the third season (see link).

Epguides doesn't list this ep as yet.

FYI, Goku's a boy ... Bulma's the only female bound in the scene.

Title: Full House
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Jodie Sweetin

Description: When DJ sneaks Stephanie and Michelle into a movie theater where Kimmy works, and they get caught, Stephanie is about to spill the beans about Kimmy's involvement when DJ handgags her.

_______

Finally had some luck with this one,
figure I got it?

ep: "Sisters in Crime" (5.14)
D.J. has volunteered to watch over her sisters while the others are out of the house. But shortly after their leave, her friend Steve drops in and wants to go to the movies. So D.J. goes with him taking her sisters along. But there she hasn't enough money for their tickets so she asks Kimmy, who works there, if she couldn't let the both pass. She agrees. Soon after that Steph and Michelle get caught. Back at home D.J. wants to hide all this and makes them lie to their dad.

ep: "The Big Three-O" (1.11)
References- Jessie sinking Danny's car.
ep: "Driving Miss D.J." (5.20)
References- DJ totalling a car

This guide has reference of other car plots, involving Jessie & D.J. etc. I favour "The Big Three-O" (1.11), but sounds like car was sunk? more than totalled?
Put them up here and see what you fellas think?

ep: "The Big Three-O" (1.11)
Danny has his 30th birthday. As present Jesse buys covers for Danny's car seats. By the way, Jesse unfortunately sends Danny's antique car to the bottom of the bay. Jesse and Joey bid against Danny with the insurance company money on getting a new car.

"Honey, I Broke the House" (3.20)
Twenty minutes left until dance training, so what to do? Steph knows - get into Joey's new car, turn on the radio and ... uups, this 'R doesn't stand for Radio! Well, Steph has backed the car right into the kitchen. Now there's only one thing she can do - leaving and going to Mexico.

ep: "Driving Miss D.J." (5.20)
D.J. has passed the theoretical exam and got her learner's permit - something which should have never happened in Danny's opinion. But it's reality and Danny's way of teaching her makes her only more nervous. Jesse's way on the other hand is more cooler and relaxed but that's over after she has ruined his 'Sally Mustang'. A monster should help Steph to end Michelle's continuing disturbances while being with friends but those stories can turn true

ep: "Up on the Roof" (8.20)
In need for a senior class prank - which should surpass Jesse's legendary prank back in high school - D.J. comes up with a great idea: With the help of Kimmy's boyfriend and a crane they want to 'park' the principal's classic convertible up on the roof. When rain is approaching D.J. and Kimmy and Jesse (to start the car) have to head back to shut the deck. Unfortunately, the security guard catches Jesse - who's covering D.J. - because when D.J. gets caught she can forget college! Becky, whose skills are questioned by the others, teaches Michelle how to cook

Re: Recent Entries Question [#8009]

Title: Full House
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Jodie Sweetin

Description: Dj handgags Stephanie to keep her from showing her enthusiasm when novie babysitter Uncle Jessie allows them to eat ice cream in the middle of the night.

_______

Figure by "novie" this Yanklish for novice?
So,
this here would be earliest ep ref for all three and baby-sitting plot:

Our Very First Night (1.2)
First Evening. Adults want to leave the house. But one hast to stay to watch the kids. And the one is: Jesse. But nevertheless he finds a way to be with his band. He just invites the band over to play in the living room. Of course D.J. and Steph don't want to miss something like that. When Danny comes home late he isn't delighted about what he sees.
