Tourist trap
Record number: 292
Title: Tourist Trap (1979)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Tanya Roberts
Description: Menaced by an evil Chuck Conners, Ms. Roberts is tied to a post while in a sitting position. She stretches out her forever legs to snag a handcuff key and pass it to her boyfriend who is chained next to her.
Ms. Roberts is wearing short shorts and a skimpy shirt.

Yes. But there's another scene too:

Dawn Jeffory (the actress) lies on a table, her hands tied behind her (these restraints not seen) one thick rope below her breasts holding her down. From her waist to her feet she is covered with a blue blanket.

Then her head is fastened with a black leather strap running below her chin and around her head, and it looks like she is in for a shave -most of her face is covered with shaving foam-and we see the guy's hand with the razor.

(Do not ask Jay, please, what can I do when I see this)

Wearing a tiny tight blue top showing her stomach.

Okay, see what you mean here.

Just thrown off with one entry for Reese,

Waxwork
Record number: 852
Title: Waxwork (1988)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Deborah Foreman
Description: Her character visits a traveling wax museum, the exhibits of which are actually time portals of a sort, capable of convincing viewers they really are experiencing whatever is being depicted-to the extent that if it's lethal, they really die. Pushed into the Marquis de Sade exhibit, she finds herself a captive of the evil nobleman, who has her chained with her arms outstretched between two posts and proceeds to entertain himself and a guest by taking a whip to her. By the time the male lead comes to her rescue, she's become somewhat infatuated with the Marquis, and it takes some convincing to get her to leave with him.

It's all true. Here, there's another scene too.

Actress Clare Carey. First seen wrists chained together in front, and same time neck on a rope leash. Later wearing a long white dress, she is chained between two pillars in an upper spreadeagle.

That doesn't match my recollection at all. I as I
remember it, he was making wax figures, so her face was
covered with wet plaster.
