"70 restrained actresses at the same time, beat that if you can Jay!" Odd, with all those slave girls, only found Birthe Sector listed as one huh? Magic Christian, The (1969) Link Figure I'll have to work on this one abit. "Only it's a sixties comedy, not comey sorry typo." I'll get on that. |

The scene's a blip in the movie, which is a sardonic comedy about exposing greed, hypocrisy and other human foibles ... and quite a good one to my mind. It's set in the UK in the late '60s ... the galley's actually on a cruise ship, The Magic Christian. |

Hooh, now I was just about to write one of those angry posts that got me in trouble before.
But I restrained myself. I will only say, that is not encouraging, if I spend time and effort to make an entry, to see one editor say to the other "don't waste time on this one". Way to go Biff if you want people contribute to DB. Thank you. |

Jay was about to spend some of his valuable time trying to run down names of actors in this scene, when in all likelihood he would have come up empty ... as we're talking about dozens of extras. I was attempting to warn him of that prospect. You should really learn to ask questions before shooting. |

Thanx, but I'm not the best at ID'ing through pictures. I'll probably have better luck ID'ing more on google searches. "It is all I have, and all I based the description on." Well, still a good description and entry. Understand not much you can do about ID'ing with only 1 listed so far. Thanx for your assist here. |

Don't mind a few searches, there's fellas interested in anything with certain actresses. So's will run some just in case. Plus for the find possible "French-Canadian" title CBC channel might give it? <G> |

I misunderstood. I never imagined Jay would ever try to find the names of 70 anonymous participants in a movie from 1969. Absolutely impossible project. Why not just write (as I did) 60-70 unknowns? When I read you wrote the scene was just a "blip in the movie" and Jay shouldn't waste his time, I thought you meant- yeah honestly that you thought it was I nuisance I made the post in the first place. Sorry. My bad. |

Most of us are guilty of it at times, sad to say. And know this about my view: I tend to err on the side of inclusion. Personally, I wouldn't have entered the scene, as one wrist chained doesn't count in my book. But as marginal as it is to me, it's not so far afield that I'd argue against it. <Sorry. My bad.> No worries. |
