Lots of close-ups and moaning. The killer binds and gags her inside a closet. Her arms are bound in the front, her feet bound using black cloths and she's cleave-gagged with a white cloth (blood on her face). The killer opens the door and approaches her wielding a knife. She screams but the killer only cuts the bonds around her feet. He drags her into bathroom, still bound and gagged. She beats the killer and run upstairs. The killer chases her and they fight down the stairs. Fortunately Mulder arrives to save her and untie her. Lots of close ups and screaming through her gag. Action starts approximately 15 minutes before the end of the episode. |

Record number: 1430 Title: Man With a Gun (1996) aka Hired For Killing Medium: Movie Actress: Jennifer Tilly Description: Ms. Tilly plays Rena Rushton, who steals a disc from the mob. Michael Madsen is hired to kill her, but falls in love with her instead. In order to satisfy the bounty on her head, and save her own life, Rushton hires Madson to kill her twin sister Kathy Payne, who is played by, Jennifer Tilly. Madsen kidnaps Payne, knocking her out and carrying her over his shoulder wrapped in a blanket. This occurs around the 20' mark (without commercials). Just after she is shown to have been blindfolded and gagged with duct tape. There're three good shots of her as such. She remains blindfolded for the next twenty minutes or so, much of which is spent with one wrist handcuffed to a bedpost. The tape's removed around the 45' mark. |

In addition to this scene at the beginning, there are later flashbacks. Caveat: she swallows the jawbreaker and chokes to death. |

She manages to stay alive, hanging by her neck, by holding the noose just loose enough. Later, she is bound standing atop a commode in a public restroom with her hands cuffed above her head, gagged with gaffers tape with a wire noose around her neck. It's rigged so that if she slips off the stall or lowers her hands, the wire noose strangles her. You can see it cut deeply into her neck in a couple of shots. Extensive scene as the psycho killer taunts her while bound. |

Record number: 15148 Title: Confined (2010) Medium: TV Movie Actress: Emma Caulfield, Karen Austin Description: Formula Lifetime flick very loosely based on the case of the Austrian father who secretly imprisoned his daughter for decades. Caulfield is the nosy new neighbor who, of course, ends up being waylaid by the captor at about an hour and 42 minutes into the standard two-hours-with-commercials edit and is left sitting on the kitchen floor with her wrists chained together behind her, apparently to a stove (the scene is clearly only implied; the chain is distinctly visible for a brief instant around one wrist just before it's cut to rescue her) and ungagged so she can scream as the baddie roams through her humble abode in search of other witnesses/victims. About fifteen minutes later, Austin, as the baddie's dutiful wife, is shown being escorted down her front steps by lawmen while holding her wrists behind her as if they're cuffed. There is no other actual or implied bondage in the movie. |
