Record number: 15388 Title: Chain Letter Medium: Movie Actress: Nikki Reed Description: Nikki Reed plays Jessie Campbell in this 2010 horror movie which concerns a group of teens who decide to ignore a chain letter and pay the price. There are two identicle scenes, one starting in the first minute before the opening credits and the other near the end at the 81 minute mark. There are a few different camera angles in the second scene. In both Jessie is seen laying on the floor of her parents two car garage. Except for her eyes, most of her head is wrapped with duct tape. Her wrists are chained at her side and her ankles are also chained. The other ends of the chains are attached to her parent's cars which are parked outside on the driveway. So as they drive away to work in the morning their daughter is being dragged behind and meets a grisly end. She is barefoot and wearing pajamas. There are several closeups of her gagged face as she desperately tries to alert mom and dad and also several views of the bottoms of her bare feet as she is being dragged. |

Our hero Bridget (Brandes) finds all of her allegedly-murdered friends are locked, away, all bound and gagged. Both genders are represnted here, and the dudes outnumber the damsels. Maughan is chained and gagged, but it's bloody and distant and brief. Grant is shown chained to a wall, sitting on the floor, cleave gagged. Brief scene, maybe 2 seconds. As we pan around, we see Maughan in a nice close up, cleavegagged and barely conscious. After this, Bridget is knocked unconscious. When she awakes, she find herself fastened to a table, and cleave gagged. Great chewing and mewing on the gag, and many decent closeups before the gag is removed. She undergoes a little of pain afterwards, and escapes but not before you see briefly the padded wrist cuffs that confine her. Above average scene. Worth checking out. |

She has her hands bound in front and is sporting a cleave gag. Scene occurs before the opening credits and is very dimly lit since she is in a box. About half way through, the FBI watch a reconstructed tape of an woman (Minoff). Video is very poor but you can just make out a woman on her side with her hands behind her. The killer is behind her showing the cameraman (accomplise) how to make a perfect knot. In the last 10 mins, the accomplise ties up his victim just as he was taught. The victim, Becky (Gavigan), has her hands bound behind her with a rope connecting her neck, hands and feet. The tie closely matches a hogtie. She is never gagged.. She is the only one that the FBI saves. |

The photos consist of a girl tied to a concrete pillar, and the other tied to a chair. At the 35' mark, killer hits the next victim of the head with a "billy" club. He puts her in a van and takes her away. He makes her make a phone call to Roth to show her something. No restraints shown. At the 40' mark, Roth is punched out by the killer and put into back of a van. He cuffs her hands behind her with a ziptie, and shuts the door. As he does, Roth wakes up and mildly struggles. She hears some moaning and looks up to find her friend (Braun) lying with her in the van. Her friends is cleavegagged while Roth is not as we go to commercial. After the 45' mark, we find Roth's friend ungagged and standing against a wire mattress frame. Her hands are at each corner and held there by wire around her wrist. Roth's friend is clad only in a brown bra and panties. We then see Roth in the background and setting in a chair. Roth's hands are still cuffed behind her and she is sporting a cleavegag. She is struggling and is struggling as her friend is tortures. After about a minute, we come back to find the one female passed out and hanging by her arms. We don't see Roth and the female change positions, but Roth is know in the females position. We see Roth is still gagged and her hands are wired to the frame as the victim before her. He ungags her and taunts her. She is saved before any torture. There are some closeup shots of when they are sporting there gags (neither is wearing the cleavegag at the same time though). |

Record number: 15615 Title: Warehouse 13 Medium: TV Series Actress: Allison Scagliotti Description: Episode: "Don't Hate The Player" (3.6) The cast use headsets to immerse themselves in a virtual reality adventure game, which gives the picture through most of the episode a slightly altered look which mimics animation. While on the quest, Allison (who has the appearance of an elf) has to face her deepest fear, which is to be back in a mental institution. At approx. 44 minutes into the episode (including commercials), that is where she finds herself. As her two male companions are restrained in straitjackets, she finds herself strapped down on a table for some electro-shock treatments. She is no longer wearing her elf costume, as she is now in a hospital gown and showing off her legs as she struggles. An archer shows up in the game to shoot the doctor, which gives Allison time to escape the table. Having vanquished him, she is once again back in her elf costume. |

Record number: 13255 Title: Black Friday (2007) aka The Kidnapping Medium: TV Movie Actress: Darcy Rose Byrnes, Senta Moses, Amy Carlson Description: Carlson's a bank executive who leaves her daughter (Byrnes) in the care of a babysitter (Moses) while she's off at a business meeting, then becomes concerned when she can't contact them by phone. She finds out why upon returning to her car at the airport about twelve minutes in, where she finds an envelope containing pictures of her daughter sitting bound but ungagged on a bed-one of which features a closeup of her tied-in-back wrists-accompanied by a note from the kidnappers. At about forty minutes, the action shifts to the hideout where the daughter and babysitter are being held as Moses, who's sitting on the bed with Byrnes, is busy sawing the ropes on her wrists on a nail protruding from a board behind her. Once she frees her hands, she rips away the ropes from around her ankles and quickly frees the similarly-tied Byrnes, then both head for the window to make their escape. Unfortunately, one of their captors shows up before both can climb out and (spoiler alert!) things don't end happily for the babysitter, although the murder isn't shown. At just over an hour and a half, Carlson, who's fallen into the clutches of the kidnappers while attempting to deliver on the abductors' demands, is shown being led from a car into their hideout with a bag over her head and her hands cuffed behind her back. A few minutes later she's shown sitting in a chair while one of the baddies apparently cuffs her wrists to its back before another pulls the bag off her head. After a brief interrogation the cuffs are removed, ending the movie's scenes. No one is gagged in any of the sequences. |

Her wrists are duct-taped in front. She makes a lot of muffled speech during this scene. The next scene has Parker sitting on a bed, arms spreadeagled and tied to the headboard with her legs tied together in front, and another large piece of duct tape over mouth. The tape gag is applied on-screen, and she actually tries to dodge the gag when her kidnapper first tries to put it on. Not as much muffled speech this time around. Same scene trying and succeeding to get her hands free. With her legs still bound, she hops off the bed, her breasts bouncing nicely, and you get a quick view under her very short skirt, plus she's wearing tights. She also wears knee-high black boots, and prior to the first scene, she had stripped a little, taking off a coat and another shirt. Not long after the second scene, she's injected with a knockout drug. All of this happens within the first 30 minutes of the movie (assuming you view it without commercials, either on the original theatrical release or on DVD). |
