| Kate Mulgrew handcuffed, hogtied, and tape gagged in the back of a van. Scene is dimly lit, but some nice "mmmmphing" as she tries to attract attention. After the villian unties her, she peels the tape off her mouth and spits out a huge wad of cloth.
There's also another scene later in the movie where she's cuffed to an overhead pipe (no gag). First scene occurs about 20 min. into the movie (maybe sooner). Don't recall where the second scene takes place. |

Record number: 1676 Title: Mike Hammer, Private Eye Medium: TV Series Actress: Shannon Whirry Description: Episode: "Halloween" (1997) It's Halloween and Velda (Whirry) is costumed as a plaid-skirted schoolgirl, complete with knee socks, saddle shoes and pigtails. She's captured by the serial killer stalking Hammer and his friends. Not only does the guy chain Velda's wrists over her head, but he strips her down to her bra for good measure. She's also cleave-gagged with a thin white cloth. Just as the bad guy is about ready to brand Velma with a nice big "N" on her forehead, Hammer arrives, beats the tar out of the villian and rescues the heroine. The scene's somewhat marred by shadows which obscure the heroine's face. Too bad, because Shannon is a cutie. |

One of the Waynes opines something is missing, the other one pastes a label over her mouth. |

Record number: 3059 Title: Blood Money (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Traci Lords, Katherine Armstrong Description: Katherine Armstrong plays a wife of an ex criminal who turn into a witness and testify against a crook. He got new ID under "witness protection program / WPP". Unfortunately the crook escape from court detention room with his 2 friends. The 3 bad guys invade Katherine's house when her sister (Traci Lords) visit her. There are 2 separate scenes: 1. Approx. 20 minutes after the start of the movie: The WPP officer try to warn Katherine & her husband about the crook. The crook held Katherine and Traci hostage and told the husband not to tell the officer about them. The crook point a gun at Traci and handgag her during the scene. Another convict held Katherine at gunpoint, but don't gag her. 2. Approx. 15 minutes before the end of the movie, the bad guys bound the 2 women (arm behind their back in a couch) and Katherine's husband to chair. The crook torture her husband and Katherine scream. The leader of the bad guy shouted: "Gag her!" But the stupid convict said: "With what??". |

While the gag looks lame -- it's tied to the table, not at the back of her neck -- when Steed lowers it, we see that her mouth has a wad of cotton in it, which Steed quickly plucks out. Also A LOT of moaning and struggling in this rather long scene, close-ups too. |
