This occurs a couple of minutes in, and she is rather dramatically saved by the X Grrl. Around the 40' mark, she is handgagged by one of the zealots, who along with his compatriots takes her for a reprise of the first scene ... this time complete with chains securing her to an altar slab. All ends well, as the Dynamic Distaff Duo again save her chaste bacon. |

Could it be because each contained a bondage segment? In the first story, the muscle-bound Den (voiced by John Candy of all people) rescues a lovely lass who, topless and bound hand and foot has been cast into a sacrificial pool. Diving in, he jams his head between her knees, and with her roped ankles looped around his jaw, strokes into the sunset. In the last sequense, the warrior queen Taarna has been captured by the barbarians, stripped (apparently) naked and strapped into some sort of sexy alien rack. |

Record number: 1422 Title: The Sex Monster (1999) Medium: Movie Actress: Joanna Heimbold Description: Farce about a wife (Mariel Hemingway) who at her husband's suggestion, dabbles in bisexuality and soon begins maniacally pursuing female partners. Her final conquest, the wife (Heimbold) of her husband's prospective business partner, dressed in a black lace teddy and garters, pauses during a bedroom session and retrieves some of the husband's designer neckties from a closet, requesting Hemingway's character to tie her up with them. She obliges, and we next see Heimbold with her wrists lashed to the headboard, one of the ties stuffed into her mouth. Although she lies with her legs apart as if she's spreadeagled, only part of the necktie around her left ankle is briefly shown late in the sequence. She spends perhaps the next 10 minutes of the film that way, as first her partner's husband and then her own show up unexpectedly and discover her there. The comic complications of the second event are enhanced by her loud mmphing as her husband comes up the stairs towards the bedroom door. |
