| Nice, extended cloak and dagger/smoke and mirrors scene which begins with a chloforming at about the 40-45 minute mark, and continues after the commerical break with the damsel bound and gagged in a chair behind a mirror. |

Record number: 1237 Title: JAG Medium: TV Series Actress: Susan Haskell Description: Episode: "Wilderness of Mirrors." Rabb thinks he is seeing the ghost of his dead father -- it turns out it is his archenemy who has been stalking him. The archenemy kidnaps his own shrink, who just happens to be Harm's girlfriend, played by Ms. Haskell. He ties her to a chair, blindfolds her with a black cloth, and gags her with mouth packing and white cloth tied to keep it in place. Then he places a mylar sheet in front of her to act as a mirror, and sits off to the side, trying to get Harm to shoot her instead of him. Harm walks in and sees the archenemy's reflection in the mirror, and draws his pistol. The guy torments Harm for awhile, flashing a flashbulb in his eyes every so often. Meanwhile, his captive uses her bound feet to move the mylar paper just as Harm gets ready to pull the trigger, causing him to aim to the side, thereby shooting the bad guy instead. Hugs and kisses ensue. The action is in the last halfhour, if not the last quarterhour. |

Record number: 2733 Title: Heavy Metal (1981) Medium: Movie Actress: None (animated) Description: The middle segments of this movie were pure dross, but the bookends were extremely well done. Could it be because each contained a bondage segment? In the first story, the muscle-bound Den (voiced by John Candy of all people) rescues a lovely lass who, topless and bound hand and foot has been cast into a sacrificial pool. Diving in, he jams his head between her knees, and with her roped ankles looped around his jaw, strokes into the sunset. In the last sequense, the warrior queen Taarna has been captured by the barbarians, stripped (apparently) naked and strapped into some sort of sexy alien rack. |

She ends up duct-taped to a chair with her hands cuffed in front in an upstairs room while the guys figure out how to cover things up. She has nearly escaped from the chair by tipping it over and freeing her ankles when one of the guys rushes into the room just after she breaks out a window with her foot. He tries to untie her and is pounced on by several of the others. Moments later both end up bound and gagged downstairs, Dayne with duct tape. |

Record number: 16 Title: Avengers, The Medium: TV Series Actress: Linda Thorson Description: Episode: "Split" The evil Dr. Constantine has Tara chloroformed and then brought to his hospital in order to transfer the mind of a sinister criminal into hers! She is strapped down to a table and gagged with gauze over the mouth. While the gag looks lame -- it's tied to the table, not at the back of her neck -- when Steed lowers it, we see that her mouth has a wad of cotton in it, which Steed quickly plucks out. Also A LOT of moaning and struggling in this rather long scene, close-ups too. |
