| At the end of last season, Kathy Baker (Picket Fences), playing the pushy mother of a student, was shown B&G in the basement. As the new season begins, it is now 3 months later. Unknown if they will flashback to that scene, or how she is now. Certainly worth taping, to find out. |

No gag. Just as the killer is about to take his shot, Nicole nails him with a flying body block. After the rescue, her comrades either don't notice she's still bound, or don't seem to care. She stands there before finally speaking out, to no avail. Her comrades are too busy....Nice touch. :) |

One of the straps binding Julie to the table does a nice job of amplifying her, ah, endowments. Using toxic chemical recipes created on a computer, the mad scientist turns Julie and one putz into a two-headed one-breasted monster and the other putz into a mutant freak. In case you haven't guessed, this is a comedy. |

Three of the actresses are Marietta Deprima, Elise Neal and Ashley Monique Clark. At least one other unknown actress is shown. And unfortnately the male cast members are also in the scene. |

| BBC is showing all four episodes of this miniseries back-to-back. About 8 minutes into the first episode, the lead character's wife calls their two daughters into the room. They are all supposed to be going to a wedding, and the two daughters don't like their dresses. So the wife has put them in their dresses anyway and tied their hands together in front and stuffed cloth into their mouths to stifle their protests. The room is kind of dark, but otherwise it's a pretty good scene. Catch it now because it's unlikely ever to be repeated. |

| At the end of The Mummy's Hand, Peggy Moran is strapped to an altar with what seem to be black cloth straps, as Kharis the mummy gets ready to feed her tanna leaves and make her immortal, albeit somewhat dried out. Of course she's rescued, but does a lot of good struggling through a long fight scene. I hope it's not scene creep, but IIRC her hands are actually restrained, not the usual strap over the chest crap. The scene is reprised at the beginning of The Mummy's Tomb, which plays right after The Mummy's Hand on AMC. |

Record number: 1184 Title: Woman On The Run: The Lawrencia Bembenek Story Medium: TV Movie Actress: Tatum O'Neal Description: This four-hour miniseries has two sets of scenes featuring Tatum O'Neal in chains, one in the first fifteen minutes of the movie, the second set in the last fifteen minutes -- with no scenes, absolutely none, in the 3 1/2 hours between. In the opening scenes of the movie, O'Neal is transferred to U.S. customs by Canadian police officers (she's a prisoner on the lam who got caught). The Canadian cops let her walk free, but right in the middle of the airport the U.S. officers open up a great big duffle bag full of chains and proceed to manacle her wrists and shackle her ankles. Then there's a long shot of her walking with chains clinking everywhere with everyone staring at her. In the second set of scenes, a judge orders her shackled and cuffed whenever she leaves her cell, and there's shots of her meeting with her lawyers and parents in chains. Because the movie is basically a tearjerker, there's a lot of emphasis on the chains in the scenes which have them. A second TV movie about Bembenek exists, called Calendar Girl, Cop, Killer? The Bambi Bembenek Story. Haven't seen it, so I can't comment on it.
