As an IMF agent, she's kidnapped by an assassin. Her wrists and ankles are taped, and she is gagged on screen with a white handkerchief. She squirms off the bed and over to the phone, where she dials the crew and taps in a message (remember that pesky gag), then wriggles her way back onto the bed just before he returns. |

Record number: 9189 Title: Good Eats Medium: TV Series Actress: Deborah Duchon Description: Episode: "Ill Gotten Grains" (7.1) This episode of the cooking show features a sub-plot based on the movie "Misery" in which host Alton Brown loses his memory in an auto mishap, and is brought home by his most crazed stalker fan. A running joke throughout the show has Brown saying "You must have a nutritional anthropologist hidden somewhere..." to which the fan nervously replies "Why, no! Why would you say that. The payoff to the joke occurs just after the closing credits. In a tagline, the crazed fan, sitting at a table says the line "Well, looks like it's just you and me!", and the camera pans over to Deborah Duchon, a show regular, and a real nutritional anthropologist, bound with thick rope to a chair, and gagged with a strip of black tape. Note that Duchon is a middle aged, slightly plump woman, and the bondage is done strictly for comic effect. |

Record number: 10787 Title: Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service aka NCIS Medium: TV Series Actress: Ely Pouget, Abigail Breslin Description: Episode: "See No Evil" (2.1) Ms. Pouget and Ms. Breslin play the kidnapped wife and daughter of a Navy captain who's forced to electronically steal money from Navy accounts to ransom her. In the first few minutes both are seen on a computer screen Pouget os bound hands behind and overgagged and blindfolded with black cloth. This imagery repeats several times during the show. Breslin (whose character is blind)is tied with her wrists to the arms of the chair with no gag. Cannot see if her ankles are tied. Pouget's character is ungagged at some point in the second half. Breslin's character is rescued around the halfway point. Around the 52' mark, Pouget is shown regagged but not blindfolded as the climax begins. She's hustled out of the train car where she's been sequestered by her captor, there's a standoff with the NCIS agents, Harmon gets a bead on the baddie, and she's rescued. She's wearing a sundress, shift or whatever you call it. |

Record number: 10527 Title: Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service aka NCIS Medium: TV Series Actress: Sasha Alexander Description: Episode: "Reveille" (1.23) Caitlin Todd (Alexander) is kidnapped by terrorists; her wrists are strap-cuffed together behind her back and she is buckled into the front seat of a car at about 29 minutes. Her phone rings and when one of the terrorists searches her for the phone and she tells him it is clipped to her belt. When she refuses to identify the caller she is slapped in the face, there is a small amount of blood on her face seen later but probably not enough to ruin the scene. At 30 minutes they arrive at their destination and she gets out of the car, the chief baddie knows her and asks why she was struck, then has her released. We only see the bindings very briefly when she is cut free at about 31 minutes. Short scene with no attempt to silence her. |

Record number: 11650 Title: Navy NCIS: Naval Criminal Investigative Service aka NCIS Medium: TV Series Actress: Jessica Steen, unknown Description: Episode: "Mind Games" (3.3) Action takes place in the 20 minutes, and one of the victims is the mouthy new female agent. At the 40' mark, the team arrives to a barn and finds pictures of woman tortured and some are gagged and others or just naked and bound. Couple of minutes later, the team finds a female in the woods that has her hands tied over her head. The proceed to exam her and take some pictures. Steen is taking around the 48' minute mark. All shots show her on her side tied and tape gagged in car trunk and in pictures. When the bad guy takes the tape off she's in shadow. In the finale, the guy drags her by the feet across the floor of a barn and proceeds to take pictures of her. The bad guy then tears open her shirt, offering some nice shots of her tied hands behind in a black bra. She tends stands up and we see that her hands are tied behind her. |
