Record number: 12016 Title: Mission: Impossible III (2006) Medium: Movie Actress: Michelle Monaghan, Keri Russell Description: In the entry scene Ethan Hunt´s girlfriend Julia (Michelle Monaghan) is cuffed to a chair and tape-gagged. The villain Owen Davian (Philip Seymour Hoffman) treats her with a gun to get important information from Ethan Hunt (Tom Cruise) whose also cuffed to a chair. The scene continues during the last 20 minutes. Owen shoots Julia, but suprise it was not her it was the incompetently female bodyguard of Owen with an - since Peter Graves succesfull time - typical Mission Impossible second face. Julia is still alive and kept at another place. Ethan is later just right at her real hideout where he finds her ... ah you guess right ... cuffed to a chair and gagged with silver tape. Davian rips off the tape fight against a few baddies and frees her finally. There is good mmpphing and struggling. One other short scene in this movie: at around the 17:00 mark, Keri Russell is tied to a wheelchair (arms taped to the arms of the chair). She's been beaten up a bit. Rescued by Mr. Cruise pretty quick. No gag. |

She twists and turns with her hair frailing about trying to wriggle out of the attachment. Nice struggle as she really goes at it. She later is then strapped to a table as the staff injects her with a needle. There's no gag though in any of these scenes. |

Record number: 1103 Title: Earth Girls Are Easy (1989) Medium: Movie Actress: Diane Stilwell Description: At the hospital, Geena Davis' character needs to borrow a nurse's uniform so she can sneak in to the operating room where her two-timing hubby is about to perform surgery. She threatens a bespectacled nurse (Ms. Stilwell) with a gun (really a water pistol), handgags her, and forces her into another patient's room where she is ordered to strip. A patient in the next bed is bandaged from head to toe and is unable (more like unwilling) to heed the nurse's plea for help. We next see Ms. Davis applying a small strip of semi-transparent tape over the nurse's mouth, her lips visible through the gag. You don't actually see her being tied up but is implied because her hands appear to be behind her back. The scene is very brief and only shows the frontal view of the nurse from her waist up while still wearing her bra. There is also a brief mmmph when the tape is applied. Don't blink or you'll miss the entire scene, which occurs in the last 30 minutes. |

In the "B-Roll Footage" section of videotaped outtakes from the production of the film, Russo is shown sitting in a chair, laughing and giggling, while Gibson binds her to it with yellow police-line tape. When he's done, he playfully offers to sell kisses from her for ten dollars each as she sits wrapped head to toe in the tape. The scene is about four minutes into the segment. |

Record number: 12425 Title: Living Death (2006) Medium: Movie Actress: Kristy Swanson, Kelsey Matheson Description: The first scene begins about two minutes in. Victor Harris (Greg Bryk) leads Melanie Pearson (Matheson), a quite pretty female, to a room in a house that has a lot of torture instruments. Melanie is white, blonde, and wears a white tank top and some type of black miniskirt or shorts. The girl is led to rack, blindfold is removed, female climbs onto the rack in a rather sexy scene, male stretches female in a sexy and semi-consensual way that ends suddenly when Elizabeth (Swanson), Victor's wife, comes home. Victor is startled and cranks the rack's controls too much, so that Melanie is injured but survives. Victor uses the blindfold as a stuff gag on Melanie at the end of the scene. Total scene time: blindfold walking about two minutes and on the rack for about five minutes. Rack fans will really like this scene. Most of the camera work is medium and close up. The scene is really played well. Second scene begins about 63 minutes in. Melanie, wearing a gray tank top and blue pants, is tied to the bed with silk scarves and has a black stuff gag. She freaks out because her captor is none other than Victor. Most of the camera work in this scene is from Melanie's belly looking up towards her head. It's about a three minute scene and the damsel frees herself because she was tied with scarves. (Lesson learned? Use rope or steel to restrain your damsels!) The scene isn't too bad, but it is a huge disappointment compared to the rack scene earlier on. Third scene begins about 75 minutes in. This victim this time is Elizabeth. She is also white and blonde and wears a sleeveless black dress. She sports an over the mouth cloth gag and is standing with her hands chained with manacles just ever so slightly above her head causing her elbows to be bent out. Observant kidnappers will notice that the metal manacles are too loose for her wrists, but the scene works anyway. The camera angles are mostly medium shots with only a few close ups of the damsel's face, but not of her hands. Victor forces Elizabeth's boyfriend to lay on the rack and once the man is attached, the wife is set free from the arms over head restraint, but she continues to wear the shackles while she is forced to watch her boyfriend being racked to the point his arms are yanked off, (in quite a disgusting scene, might I add.) All in all, this movie is a feast for arms over head fans. There are three good scenes, two with stuff gags and one with an over the mouth gag. |

Record number: 1004 Title: Hard Rain (1998) Medium: Movie Actress: Minnie Driver Description: Taken captive by a crooked sheriff's deputy in a town being flooded, she's lying on her back on a stairway in her house, her hands cuffed between the top two rails of the bannister. She manages to get a knife out of her pocket and uses it to stab him in the neck when he comes on to her. As the water rises around her, she tries to pull his body toward her with her foot to get the handcuff keys; when this fails, she's forced to climb the stairs, stopping to take screws out of the top rail to get the cuffs past the supports several times as the sequence continues. Her boyfriend shows up soon after she reaches the top-and the water reaches her neck-and ultimately rescues her by shooting the handcuffs with the deputy's gun, after failing to cut through the bannister with a saw when its blade breaks. The sequence starts at about an hour and 10 minutes, and continues for most of the rest of the movie. |

With the police in hot pursuit, they commit all sorts of vehicular carnage. Borden's kidnapping scene occurs early in the movie (it's finished sometime around the end of the first half hour). She's captured by her kidnapper while in the shower -- nice nude handgag scene. She's shown lying on a couch, wrists bound behind her back and she's gagged with white tape. Her daughter (Herman) is B&G'd the same way, but is quickly ungagged, as she has a cold and looks like she might suffocate. |

The train approaches, Lois struggles, Superman races against time ... Whew! Nick of, and all's well. Well, except Jimmy's barreling down a winding mountain road with his brakes cut. Holy cliché! (Oops ... wrong color tights.) The action begins around the 18' mark, and lasts about three minutes, with a break to save Perry White from a buzzsaw. |
