Title: Die Cleveren Medium: TV Series Actress: Suzanne von Borsody Description: Episode: "Blut und Wasser Episode I" (5.7) In the 39th ep of this German crime series with a m/f duo of profilers, a serial killer goes out of his way and releases one of his kidnapping victims unharmed. Maria (Suzanne) is found on the street, in a white dress like a hospital gown, her feet bare, her hands bound behind her with rope. She suffers from a partial amnesia. Later in the episode, Born, one of the profilers, wants to help Maria regain her memory about the time of her captivity. To reenact the abduction, she allows him to tie her hands behind her with rope - insisting he does a tight job - and blindfold her with a black cloth, as her abductor obviously did (we did not see that). Born then leaves the room and her alone for quite a while, ignoring her first pleas to be untied ("If I release her too soon, it will all have been for nothing"). Very uncommon scene on the borderline between consensual and distress. It is also surprisingly grim, given the fact that even in the story the damsel is in no real danger.
