Record number: 866 Title: A Life Less Ordinary (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Cameron Diaz Description: About 99' in (with ads), Ms. Diaz is captured by the bounty hunters her father has sent after her. (They're actually angels sent to earth to bring her and her lover [Ewan McGregor] together, see the movie). She's handgagged briefly during the grab. She is next seen bound to a chair with pretty orange rope, her mouth sealed with nicely-applied duct tape (Prop persons: It can be done), a white cloth blindfold pushed up above her eyes. She mmmmphs and talks through the gag as she plays blackjack (and keeps winning) with the male angel. Later he pulls the blindfold down, and though she's ungagged a little further on, she remains sightless. She ends up bound, blindfolded, but ungagged in the trunk of a car, where she's discovered and released with about ten minutes left in the film. Earlier, about 20' in, she's shown being tied to a chair with a strip of cloth about her midriff, right after McGregor has abducted her (partly with her help, see the movie) and driven her to a remote cabin. She's bound to the chair at the arms and legs with more cloth. Around the 62' mark, there's a scene where McGregor, Diaz and the angels/bounty hunters meet for a ransom exchange. He ties her hands in front, and she remains bound for a few minutes. |

Record number: 1178 Title: Kiss Or Kill (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Frances O'Connor Description: Near the end of this Australian thriller, her character-the better half of a young outlaw couple-is shown lying in the back seat of a stolen sport-utility vehicle being driven by her boyfriend, with her hands tied in front. Later when he arrives at their remote hideout, he carries her over his shoulder inside and ties her ankles together with a cord he then runs around the flue pipe of a pot-bellied stove. She trips and falls onto the floor as she hops after him as he leaves. Later, after she tries to douse him with gasoline and set him afire during a sleepwalking episode (a flashback from seeing this done to her mother), he ties her wrists together above her head to the headboard of their bed. She is not gagged. While her feet aren't tied, she is barefoot. As if this wasn't enough, she and her boyfriend are awakened by the police, who arrest them. The cops untie her from the bed. However, while still clad only in her underwear, Ms. O'Connor then has her wrists handcuffed behind her back and is made to kneel on the ground (next to her boyfriend) while a police car is brought up. All in all, during this second scene, Ms. O'Connor spends a good deal of time in bondage (several minutes) and is barefoot throughout. |

The evil agents wrists are bound behind her back and she's cleave-gagged on screen by a thick camouflaged hankerchief. Lots of cleavage is in evidence. However the evil agent escapes and momentarily gets the upper hand on our heroine. After a rousing mud-wrestling scene, our heroine is victorious. The scenes are in the last half hour. |
