Jane Porter (Driver) is *very* quickly handgagged by a tough at some point towards the end of the movie. Towards the end of the movie, Tarzan boards the boat only to find chaos ensuing. Jane (Driver) yells out to Tarzan and the sailor thug holding her tries to handgag her. She responds by biting his hand. This blink-and-you'll-miss-it handgagging is mostly interesting from an animation geek standpoint. The sailor is a caricature of Tarzan animator Glen Keane and Jane sinks her teeth into his drawing hand. Ouch! |
