When next seen, she's tied to a chair, hands behind, with duct tape, in a warehouse. She breaks free, is captured again and retaped. She's stays tied up for most of the episode. Bad guy harasses her throughout but she is never gagged. |

| One of the rare chances to grab the scenes that made Susan Hayward Bound Oscar Winner Number One for the cost of your basic cable subscription. You might get a second opportunity on Hayward's birthday in June, but don't count on it. It seems TCM has taken to running this movie either at Oscar time or as a birthday tribute, but not twice in the same year. Probably not as much viewer demand for it today, given that Hayward has been dead for three decades and the movie has been out on DVD for several years now. |

(1958) Medium: Movie Actress: Susan Hayward Description: About an hour and twenty minutes into her Oscar-winning portrayal of real-life murder convict Barbara Graham, Hayward, in dark glasses, dress, and high heels, is led to her San Quentin death-row cell with her hands cuffed in front, secured to a ring attached to a strap around her waist. At the film's climax half an hour later, wearing the same outfit but now not handcuffed, she's led blindfolded to the gas chamber and strapped by broad straps in her upper torso, her waist and, remarkably well shown by close up, straps under her knees and on her ankles. Similarly her arms are strapped right below the elbows and on her wrists to the arms of the chair. She is blindfolded. After the pellets drop, there are several shots of her writhing and struggling before she loses consciousness. |

Seated in a chair, a groggy Patricia then finds her wrists being taped in front of her, with a smaller piece applied as a gag. Several brief scenes over the next couple of minutes before villainess Erika pushes her victim into another room, placing her on the floor before applying tape to her ankles. Our heroine eventually self-administers an antidote, frees herself, and saves her husband and the day. Her DiD costuming consists of Early Soccer Mom blouse and pants. |

Files (1999) Medium: TV Series Actress: Unknown Description: Episode: "A Hunter's Game" (2.6) This episode covers the case of a serial killer who kidnaps women, then hunts them for sport. While the reenactments themselves aren't particularly graphic, there are real-life killings involved here. Appropriate discretion is advised. 0:00 -- An opening montage contains shots from each of the following sequences. 0:02 -- A blindfolded blonde in street clothes is shown running through the woods, hands cuffed behind her back. She doesn't survive. 0:09 -- A brunette in a wet blouse and blue panties, hands cuffed in front, is shown being rescued by a passing motorist. From there, the segment goes back in time, showing her being handcuffed after accepting a ride from the killer. He takes her to his house and cuffs her AOH with a chain from the ceiling. The rest of that evening is not shown, which from the sound of it is probably for the best. The next sequence shows him putting her back in his car, still cuffed in front and now blindfolded. Shortly thereafter, she removes the blindfold (or so we assume) and makes her escape. 0:57 -- A second version of the sequence from 0:02 is shown, this time starting from the moment the woman accepts a ride from the killer. He overpowers her and cuffs her right wrist to the door handle. Once again, things end badly in the woods. |
