I DID notice the UPN logo in the corner & thought "Wait a minute, I thought this show aired on TNT?" but it's so similar that I thought is was the same show & maybe some regions got it on UPN or something. Thanks for pointing that out. |

Unfortunately, Catwoman > and Huntress weren't gagged at all. I didn't get to watch either episode, but did watch a video of the scene with Black Canary bound and gagged. Catwoman and the Huntress weren't gagged because there was, unfortunately, no need to gag them. Their captor wasn't concerned about the heroines attracting a potential rescuer(such as Batman) by crying out for help, but he WAS concerned about the Black Canary using her sonic powers; she was, consequently, gagged. Catwoman teased the Canary while she was gagged, and the Canary was unable to retort. The dastardly villain should've gagged all three heroines out of a sense of fairness. If the Black canary was gagged, then Catwoman and the Huntress should've been gagged as well. |

Canary was able to retort, you can discern her saying "I hate you!" through her gag, to which Catwoman sexily responded "I love you too, dear." A very sexy scene if I do say so myself! |

True. I love it when they reference the bondage onscreen like that. As for the remark about them all having been gagged in fairnes, well, you really can't have snarky dialogue if ALL THREE of them are gagged! |
Friday December 31 13:10:38 2010 Gagged French actresses |
Hello ! Can someone create a list of French actresses who got gagged in TV and films in the 2000s ? |
Friday December 31 14:53:02 2010 Paula brancati |

Friday December 31 16:40:58 2010 "The Closer" heads up. |
Just a heads-up. Next monday's episode of "The Closer" features a kidnapped girl. Don't know if there's a scene, but it's a possibility. BTW: I know this, because the girl in question is is played by a friend I went to school with years ago. She made some big announcement about her playing a kidnap victim, and that she appears near the end. |

Friday December 31 17:10:14 2010 What is your favourite "unexpected" scene? |
This question pops up now and again, so what better way for 2010 to end on (In less than two hours in my timezone) with the age old golden question... "What is your favourite unexpected scene"? In the days before the internet and spoilers, I was in a French lesson in school and for a "treat" the teacher showed a film instead... "Three Men And A Baby" My thought process: Bored... bored... bored... That's not funny Tom Selleck... bored... bored... break in?.. WOAH! I have to get this film on video I have to get this film on video... or tape it off the TV of course... It didn't even matter if she was a little older than I'd like? Or wasn't in close up? For me it's the textbook "Unexpected scene" and if you'd like to add your own choices with impressions of your thought processes, all the better! HAPPY NEW YEAR BRAIN!!! |

This would work wonderfully if the nationality of the actresses were stored in the database, along with the year the movie was made. Since they're not, this advice is useless. |

It's not useless. He's trying to be helpful by pointing out that no one will probably answer this question to your satisfaction. What you could do, though, is run a database search for "French" in the description field. You'll get a lot of non-French and pre-2000 scenes, but at least you'll get some. Generally, the further you scroll down the results list, too, the later the date of the scene. |

(unsigned poster) wrote: > this advice is useless. Only if you're not very good at using the database. Hint, French actresses are often in French productions. French productions frequently have French words in the titles. But you're free to disregard it. Perhaps someone will go through the trouble for you. At any rate, you asked. If you get no result, I suspect the Mod will not like follow-up hectoring, so bear that in mine. |
