Behind the scenes with "Rango":
The upcoming animated film "Rango" features Isla Fisher voicing a lizard who appears B & G in the film.

Which didn't do much for me when I saw the trailer, but on the Golden Globes tonight, they had a feature showing a lot of the behind the scenes stuff, and there's a shot of Ms. Fisher reading her scene while wearing a bandana gag. Look for it on the DVD/Blu-Ray special features.

I don't know the provenance of this scene, but I'm almost certain that it's not from VIP. I've watched nearly every episode of that defunct series, including every episode that includes a bound and gagged actress, and I don't recall any scene in which an actress is bound and gagged in a car trunk.

It from VIP.
The first time I've seen this blink and you missed it scene I thought it was a putz and skipped it.

From what episode? I was unable to find a Database Entry for this scene. I read all the scene descriptions thoroughly, and didn't come across one where an actress is bound and gagged in the trunk of a car. If, as you say, it is VERY brief, then most of us missed it, and consequently no one composed a Database Entry for it.

Thanks. Is there any chance that you remember the context of the scene? Like who tied up the gal, and why? And she was just a random extra I assume, and not part of the main cast?

"Primeval" is airing simultaneously on both sides of the pond. The *third* episode of "Season 4" aired last Saturday (the 15th), and it was the one with the arrival, via an anomoly, of the new cutie ("Lady something", born in 1848). Unfortunately, she brought with her a psychotic thug who blames her for some chick's death.

The fourth episode (which I assume is the "on topic" episode, not having seen anything in the preview that aired on BBC America) should be next Saturday (Jan 22nd) on BBC America (and on ITV and/or BBC and/or whatever in the UK).

Now if *I'd* been one of the writers...

"Say, Abby... mind popping over to my flat to visit Lady What's-her-name? She could probably use some female companionship."

General Hospital
Another appearance for the phantom sister of Siobhan - and now she has a name - Megan. At the very end of today's episode, we get a look at her tied to a chair with her wrists' loosely tied to the armrests. No gag, as she is talking into a phone being held to her ear, begging Siobhan for help.

According to her website:

Catch my first episode as recurring Irish kidnap victim 'Megan McKenna' on "General Hospital" this Monday, January 17th at 2pm on ABC!

So we should have 5 more episodes of Erin's bad accent, and the possibility of more action in the chair. I didn't notice if Teri's accent was just as bad, but I wasn't paying too much attention to the dialog.

New film Psychosis
New to DVD, stars our old friend Charisma Carpenter (who's holding up OK). No idea if she gets a scene, but there's certainly a scene with a raven-haired woman. She's in the woods, bundled up thoroughly and cleave-gagged. A few close-ups. Appears to end badly for her.

A tiny bit of the scene appears in the official trailer, but a clip from this scene (it might be the entire DiD scene) is on the official IMDB site, under video clips.

There's this wonderful thing called the "internet". Unlike *some* posters (I'm looking at *you*, "anonymous"). *I* do my homework before I post. :-)

Thanks for the pictures!

I assume this is in reference to my VIP post? I'd love to "do my homework", but unfortunately, there's little to go on. Trust me, if I could just find the scene without having to ask for help and then get snarked at, I would.

Sorry, no snarking was intended. I wasn't refering to any particular poster or postings... just the ones where they refer to "that scene" with "that actress" on "that show" without any attempt to give relevant details... such as date, time, episode title, imdb citation, brand name of duct tape used, etc. :-) <- There, see, smiley-face. I'm kidding.

Primeval DiD-scene episode
I did a little *more* research and it would appear the UK and US have drifted a week apart airing "Primeval" episodes. BBC-America customers should check their local listings.

The next new BBC-America Primeval *should* be 4.4, and is mostly set in a school.

The following episode (4.5) has the DiD-scene and the monster hunt is at a seaside village.

Not Cordy. IMDB says it is actress Sarah Briggs. Link to the image.

anything?
So I take it nothing on any of the other "usual possibilities" for Monday nite (Lie to Me, Castle, Hawaii Five-0, etc.)? rainstorm knocked out the satellite all evening so didn't get to see any shows.
