| Can anybody identify this movie/TV show? A blonde is kidnapped by masked men. She is tied wrapped in a sheet with multiple loops of rope. The captor forces her to read a statement on camera. He then tapes her mouth with black tape and proceeds to cut her hair. The scene is seen on a TV monitor. A VCR was sent to her relatives together with her cut hair. |
