| I took another look it’s in amazon prime btw. Maybe a little shorter than I thought with my first skim but with some editing still a decent scene for her. Basically what I described onscreen gag with a sock( not shoved in to deep but still) a couple scenes in between of a struggle when cops arrive then an ungagging. Maybe 30 seconds All together. An added bonus for me was the ungagging. It’s quick but when he takes the tape off her mouth the stuffing stays in and she spits it out. Idk I like it when a little extra effort is implied to freeing her from the gag. I’m sure everyone here will have there own opinion but still a sock gag with a strip of tape over her mouth not to shabby. |

From the context, it's clear the other two characters in the scene just discovered her being held captive ("Boxing Helena" style). Which is confirmed by the BALLGAG still sitting in her lap. (Granted, it's not easy to see if you're not looking for something like that.) So I think it's safe to say we'll get a least a quick shot of Fiona Dourif ballgagged during the discovery, and hopefully more. |

| Sounds pretty cool. Does the tape look well-sealed and completely cover the sock? Not a fan of shabby stuff/tape gags where the edges of the cloth poke out all around the tape. |

| Ballgag is sweet etc but no arms or legs is kind of a deal-breaker for me. To each their own etc but that is just f'd up. Not a fan of Boxing Helena either(or any of that 'vore' crap); at least the latter turned out to be just a dream or whatever. Sure they didn't need poor Fiona to endure all that. |

Also not a fan of those type of gags. Before she's gagged on screen (nice look of fear from Naomi as the tape is grabbed) she does get a bucket of water dumped on her. Overall, good scene, and nobody plays these bondage scenes better than Watts. Guessing most on here will enjoy this one. Will make for some good screencaps for sure. |

| Naomi sells her bondage scenes better than any other A-lister. They should create a special honorary Academy Award just for her :- Best Performance While Bound & Gagged or some such. Dita Von Teese can present her with it ;). |

Just watched the clip on the Video Page. Very nice IMO. Sockgags are personal fave and a nice plus whenever they appear in a mainstream scene, especially when applied to such a big name actress. | Naomi Waats spends a fair amount of time in bondage in this remake of the 2014 austrian Goodnight Mommy. At 58min she taped spreadeagled to a bed with silver tape just like we see in the trailer. The two boys begin torturing her to make her confess if she is indeed their mother, but nothing major happens, they just throw cold water on her. At 1hr8min one of the two boys orders the other to "Get the tape" so right in the next scene, one of the two kids stuffs a black sock in Naomi's mouth and tapes it with a wide strip of silver tape. What follows in the next minutes is a nice scene of Naomi struggling on the bed to get free and screaming through her gag for some help. At 1hr17min one of the boys cuts the tape from her hands, releasing her and Naomi ungags herself onscreen. Some nice shots of her, good lighting and the scene lasts a fair amount of time although I felt that the original scene was lengthier but again I might be wrong. Anyway, anyone has personal tastes, perhaps this scene simply 'satisfies' mine better than the original, but I believe this version is FAR MORE valuable and impressing. Let's compare them: -The original one has a longer lenghth overall, but even the remake is long. -Both Susanne Wuest and Naomi Watts did a superbe job, yet I think the second looks... don't know how to say it... more 'empathic', her expressions and reactions are perfect in my opinion. And yes, she's a top actress who seems to often like being 'mistreated' on set, so you know... :D Susanne struggles less and looks 'colder', though this is simply my tought, obviously. -The restraints are similar. Probably, in the original scene, they look tighter, they firmly keep the DiD in position (which I like A LOT), but also those in the remake seem hard to be broken, and the 'victim' can struggle more (which is also good). By the way, I prefer restraints such as handcuffs and so on, to be honest. Moreover, Susanne position is good, but her arms are more or less raised forming a right angle, while Naomi finds herself quite spreadeagled (although not completely), her armpits are well, fully exposed. -The remake is less 'dark' when it comes to how the 'victim' gets tormented. Naomi doesn't get tortured, she simply gets mistreated and dominated. Of course, the perception on this point depends on the person and on the tastes. And yes, it's happened that I appreciated scenes showing torture, albeit not so often. -Both the scenes (their only flaw) annoyingly focus mainly on the upper part of the body, but Naomi's lower gets showed a bit more than Susanne's. -The outfit. I mean, Susanne's fully dressed, while Naomi wears a negligee, not hyper-skimpy but still quite revealing; we see her legs, and (like said above) her armpits are well, fully exposed. The most important thing, Susanne wears some horrible white socks, Naomi's barefoot. I think all of this helps increasing the feeling of helplessness, vulnerability, inferiority, humiliation, especially the bare feet thing, since if they're forced they become a demeaning sign of submission, subservience, of a 'lower status' (and that's why I think each DiD should be barefoot :D ). -Direct consequence of the point above: Naomi, the normal fear aside, in my opinion truly looks completely defeated, dominated, humiliated, like "I'm an adult woman at the complete mercy of two children, my sons no less! How did I let it happen? No, it can't be, this is not true!" I don't notice that very much in Susanne, although this is obviously my vision, probably this point doesn't matter much to most people. :D Sorry for the long post but I sincerely thought these two very remarkable scenes (especially the second) were worthy of a deeper analysis, of a comparison. I'd be glad to know your own thoughts, of course. Be well all of you, bye! |
