The Undoing 2019
Lauren LaVera plays a hostage kidnapped from a date and she is handcuffed both hands and feet and tape gagged with a small strip of grey tape. Short scene though.

One of my favorites was in a Mexican (I believe) soap called "Tierra de Pasiones." Two busty Latinas in low-cut outfits go at it, mostly on the floor until the villainess is able to grab a table lamp and smash it over the heroine's head, knocking her out. The victor then ties her up in several ways and at several locations. And while some of the ropework and knots are less than terrific, the immense satisfaction and gloating the bad girl exhibits at having her enemy subjugated is world-class.

Like only a few seconds short or like 1-2 minutes short?

I believe in one of the Avengers episodes, Tara King, after she herself was bound and gagged had a fight with the lead villainess and then bound and gagged her

The last episode of the first season is entitled 'The Black Queen'.
I think it refers to Rhaenyra's coronation, which marks the beginning of the "dance of the dragons", the succession struggle for the throne between Rhaenyra and Aegon.
Confirming this is that Paddy Considine is not in the cast of season two.
Olivia Cooke's scene is a direct result of Luke Velaryon being killed by his son Aemond Targaryen, so there must be a duel first.
Let's wait for next season.

I hate it when the tape is too short, like this one. It's bad enough that it's not sticky.

Agreed, very unlikely to happen this season based on the timeline. It will likely be early in next season though, based on the chain of events leading up to it. It was before the actual fighting really takes off in the Dance of the Dragons

New Velma Animated Series
The new HBO Max series is aimed more at adults so there's a possibility of a bondage scene or three for all the Velma fans out there. Maybe Daphne too.
