| Caught this classic on late night tv, hadn't seen for years. Great film, the kind of period action extravaganza they just don't make anymore. Claudia Cardinale in her absolute nubile prime getting her wrists bound behind by Burt Lancaster is quite the sight. Tragically no gag. If she had've gotten a tight cleave or big otm like Rafaella Carra in Von Ryan's Express it would've been a scene for the ages. Shame Claudia never got the full(as far as I know); one of the most beautiful actresses of her era...Western DiD's rock, anyhow :). |

| About halfway through the film, Evelyne Ily gets zip-tied and cleave gagged after threatening to blow the whistle on some criminals staying at the same resort as her. We get a decent scene of her struggling to get out of her bonds with some nice close-ups. |

Enola actually has a FULL SCENE in the first book, the one the screenplay of the first Netflix movie is based on, but after that... nothing so far. Personally, I found the dialogue & action of the first movie so entertaining (especially whenever Enola breaks the fourth wall) I didn't miss the bondage all that much. Would I have liked to see Enola (Millie Bobby Brown) bound & gagged? Uh... YES!! But I still enjoyed the movie... a lot. I'm looking forward to seeing Enola's handcuff scene in the SECOND movie on Nov 4th. |

Fun movie for sure, though not as good as the book it was based upon. I agree on the scene, it seemed very raw and real. Always helps in my opinion when the actress is perspiring a bit. Also agree that Claudia was an all-time beauty. I don't know whether any woman has ever looked more beautiful than she did in another Western from that period, "Once Upon a Time in the West." No bondage unfortunately. That would have made her erotic scene with Henry Fonda even more powerful. |

Also Sky King for Gloria Winters scenes. Although in both cases, I wonder how many of the episodes are LOST forever?? Does anyone actually know? |

| Was half watching this last night, and was stunned to see the beautiful Audrey Tautou bound to a chair. It's pretty silly - I didn't get a timestamp, but here's the description from wiki: "Marie [Tautou] suddenly loses control, and attacks the other two; they decide to tie her up" As a bonus, she seems to spend half the movie with her panties on display. | Always wondered why Claudia's character wasn't gagged in that film. Plot had the perfect set-up for a gag, particularly when they were in the heart of enemy territory. Given the era gags were almost de rigueur for adventure films. If it was a spaghetti or paella western Claudia would have been gagged for sure, so it's ironic she wasn't, being the Italian goddess of her time. Still a great film though with great one-liners from a stellar cast. I'd say time for a remake but they couldn't do it justice. |

| Haven't read any of the books but from past discussions here I recall there was a scene in the book upon which the first film was based - but the film makers didn't include it. Hopefully they'll create a DiD scene for her at some point anyhow. If I was the writer she'd spend half the film restrained ;). Millie looks so beautiful in these films and needs the full badly asap! |

Also a bit weird since it did happen in the source material ("A Mule for the Marquesa") when they were abducting her from her bedroom. "Gag her." Dolworth slipped the handkerchief from his neck, spun it, forced the thick middle between her jaws. Fardan held her while Dolworth knotted the ends behind her head, pulled the nearest dress over her head, pushed her arms through the sleeves. It's removed soon after they clear the fires of the main encampment. As Fardan explains to her when they prepare to go through the guard ring in the darkness, "One wrong word from you, the shooting starts, and you're mortal too." |
