Absolutely! "Confidential Detective" especially delivered frequently. I think some of the covers of those Detective mags were taken from bondage video shoots, although I can't cite any examples. Anyway, they were definitely part of my life in my early [] years.

I still have a very vivid memory of my first time ever finding these mags. As a younger teen, I was a gutsy kid and once went to this porn place in the seedy side of town. The back is where the actual porn things were, I wasn't allowed in. But the store front had 'legitimate' mags, including the detective types. Recall buying one, that led to many years of constant searching for new mags to buy. Also began finding many "men's magazines" which had drawings of women tied up by assorted villains, jungle natives, war criminals, etc.
For years, these mags were a booming, big business until they all just vanished almost overnight!

Surprisingly just found the cover of the very first bondage detective mag I ever bought. Is posted over on Video Page.

While "Crazed female captor" is a frequent Lifetime/Lifetime Movie Network theme, the damsel(s) pretty much always escape in the end.

However, in essentially all of the BoundHeat films, the lovely Czech damsels remain the captives of their attractive lesbian captor(s). A few films are more "mainstream" than others, containing actual storylines and production values. E.g., "Betrayed Innocence" (2004) and "Bound Cargo" (2003).

That is an interesting site, one I have never seen before. Probably I could spend days going through all of those categories. Thanks for posting!

Inquiry
Does anyone recall what I can remember to be a Soviet era fantasy film with a damsel in full treatment? It seemed to be in a winter setting with possibly a sleigh involved. The kidnapper was I believe a witch or some troll. Sorry I try not to make such posts as I haven't contributed to the community in many years but I have searched the database and scanned through many old movies online.
While at it another one that I've searched for to no avail. A black and white noir crime movie with a otm gagged damsel in the back of a car next to her blind father who thankfully isn't gagged. Her blind father seemed way too old to be her dad but shrug
Do these scenes exist or do I have a false memories of great DID action?

Looking it up, I guess she does have a gag. Sorry. Black hair anyway.
