Consider this rather well-written description of a Rockford episode in the DB: Record number: 2221 Title: The Rockford Files Medium: TV Series Actress: Lynnette Mettey aka Lynette Mettey Description: Episode: "In Pursuit of Carol Thorne" (1.9) Former jailbird and sassy blonde Carol (Mettey) is holding up Rockford at gunpoint, but he gets the better of her by easily swiping the gun from her hand at 23-24mins. As she is already sitting on a chair, he swiftly ties her hands behind the backrest with a red/white necktie; wrists crossed, nice and tight, and in several close-ups. She is rather nonchalant about all this, and merely whines "You dont need to tie me...." Rockford then grabs a piece of white cloth and orders her to "Open up". She protests with "Oh come on, you don't need to do that." "Open up, wide!", commands Rockford. She promptly shuts her mouth tight in a "Nuh-uh" manner, but he stamps on her foot. This makes her yelp, so he stuffs the cloth in. End of scene. Short but sweet, and with a lighthearted tone. |

| I've become interested in lost media in general lately, and wondered what scenes we know of existing, but nobody can find a copy of? I remember years back on this forum, the Barbi Benton scene from When the Whistle Blows was talked about but not found until some kind soul uploaded a home recording. What scenes can you think of that are currently lost? |
