This was at least her second gag scene in Hunter. Avenging Angel was first.

Title: The Big Easy (1997)
Medium: TV Series
Actress: Leslie Bibb

Description: Episode: "End of the World" (2.11)

Leslie's been taken hostage by a mad bomber. The guy has tied her to a chair, then rigged a trap around her which will go boom if she tries to leave. He gets mad at her witty repartee and cleave-gags her with a red bandanna.

She gets ungagged in the next scene after she mmphhs toward him. It's a pretty aggressive gagging.

The "punk rock" girl kidnapped on High Tide in the '90's. I think she's cute and funny but her kidnappers didn't and one tells the other to "put a sock in her."

The famous OSG Yvonne Craig/Batgirl scene in the episode "Catwoman's Dressed to Kill".

"Angora, gag her! Crime fightresses should be seen not heard."

In the animated show Huntik: Secrets and Seekers, episode 19 "Ladys Choice", Sophie gets captured along with her friends but she is the only one who ends up bound and gagged. I remember one of the amazon captors says "Take special care with her". Although its an animated scene and its kind of short it was pretty good idea.

Not sure if this is exactly what you are looking at, but in any of the various scenes where a Scold's Bridle was used, they were for punishment & not to prevent calling for help (especially when the poor woman was paraded out in the street in front of her neighbors wearing the bridle!!)

Kinbaku: Flower-Moon Is it "mainstream"?
I was a bit surprised that this Japanese movie, out on DVD, isn't in the DB. Is it because it isn't considered to be "mainstream"? I know Japanese standards are different than American - just wondering about this specific instance.

While not expressly stated, Kim Cattrall's character in Big Trouble in Little China was likely gagged (and hogtied) as punishment for mouthing off. All of the other captured women were just locked in cages but she, thankfully for us, was the only one bound and gagged. Given that her character is portrayed as a loudmouth troublemaker, it's likely that her guards got annoyed with her and decided to do something about it. Maybe a scene setting it up was in the script and just got cut at some point, though apparently not before they already filmed the full treatment scene, luckily for us!

Title: Big Trouble in Little China (1986) aka John Carpenter's Big Trouble in Little China
Medium: Movie
Actress: ... , Kim Cattrall

Description: ...

The other green-eyed babe of the hour, Gracie (Cattrall), is also kidnapped by Lo Pan's henchmen when she is gassed in an elevator along with a friend, at 45-46mins. She is next seen at 52-54mins, lying face-down inside a cage, and looking quite the sight: her hands are tied behind her back with rope, booted feet tied, and a rope extending from her ankles over her left shoulder, around her neck, then back over her right shoulder and down to her bound hands, effectively putting her in a self-choking hogtie. Since she is also tightly cleave gagged with a black cloth, she makes some muffled coughing sounds. After she is rescued by her beau Jack (Kurt Russell), she flees the warehouse with her gag still in place for a short while. The audio commentary track makes no mention of Gracie's hogtie or why she is the only one tied up.

B&G woman found at the end of today's episode that zipped by too fast for me to see who it was. I have no idea what's going on with the storyline, but it should continue tomorrow.

I saw a scene while working out. Does anybody recognize it?

Girl with long blonde hair is strapped to a chair and gagged with a leather strap gag. Her hair is wet and her makeup is running. A pretty short haired blonde girl watches her from behind glass and seems to enjoy the bound woman's plight. At one point, she pushes a button causes water on the bound woman. Soon, a guy in a mask comes into the room with the intention of torturing the bound woman. The short haired girl rescues the bound girl by electrocuting the man in the mask.

Thank you for any help.

Sounds like the Fantasy Island horror movie

Record number: 24912

Title: Fantasy Island (2020)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Portia Doubleday

Description: Sloane Maddison (Doubleday) is kidnapped in the opening minutes. At around the 20 minute mark, she is discovered by Melanie Cole (Lucy Hale). Sloane is cleave gagged with a leather material (possibly a narrow belt) and strapped in a chair. Melanie thinks that this is image is just a hologram so she begins pressing various buttons that administer small electroshocks to Sloane and dump toilet water on her. Slaone mmmphs a bit through her gag and struggles in the chair. Scene lasts around four or five minutes. Some close ups and nice views from Sloane along with some struggling and some mmmphing. At 34 minutes we return to Sloane and Melanie. Sloane is still gagged and chair tied. A guy enters the room and prepares to torture Portia with surgical tools. Melanie finally realizes that Sloane is real, not a hologram, and tries to stop the torturer, but she can't enter the glass-encased room that Sloane and that guy are in. Eventually she manages to stop him by pressing other buttons on the consoled and finally manages to untie Sloane on-screen.

Found a recap, and apparently the woman is actually Lucy (Lynn Herring). No idea what she's doing there, but the story continues tomorrow.

General Hospital
At the very end of today's General Hospital, Anna & Valentin spy Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) chained up to a wall & gagged in the catacombs underneath an old monastery.

Lucy has been missing for a few weeks now and Anna & Valentin have been searching for her.

The very short ending shot today showed what is most likely a black OTM gag, although considering the torture chamber-like atmosphere & location, a medieval panel gag-type muzzle would be awesome (but I'm sure it's probably just a regular old OTM).

Previews for tomorrow show her being freed (or attempting to be freed) with the gag off so most likely it'll be a fairly short scene wrapping up tomorrow.

Here's the shot of her as Anna & Valentin found her at episode's end today.
Boy that sure looks like a panel gag from that angle (as highly unlikely as that is!!!!)

Herring's B&G scenes have been pretty spread out over the years

Just skimmed thru the episode, holy crap, Kirsten Storms looks like she's packed on 100 pounds. But I'd still like to see her bound and gagged again.

New Lifetime movie debuting in February. The preview shows Katie Douglas (last seen in another Lifetime movie where she was kidnapped) wearing a black ball gag in one scene and then handcuffed AOH to a bed in another scene.
