That's especially true when I think the person really has no interest but wants to get something new out there. But I usually let reasonable ones run. |

I'm in my early 60's and I've been around since the beginning as well. Kind of an irrelevant point, IMO, however. If you're someone who's been on here for a few years, or even less, you'll know what we're talking about. >>>It does seem like the character of the discussion page has changed a little > in the last couple of years.<<<< This. It's gotten worse and worse. Or more like, narrower and narrower. >>>>>There's a lot of "name > a category and come up with examples."<<<< Correct. I've noticed that as well. And those (What's your favorite cleave-gag scene of all time? That sort of thing) are fine topics, no issues with them, but what you'll see are the very same topics discussed a few years ago (or less) and then recycled. And yes, I'm always pointing out that ultimately it's his site, his rules. That however, does not mean his rules can't be criticized or his rule implementations taken to task. I mean, you or anyone else can see it that way, but I don't and never will. I always try to be fair and see both sides, but when I see what I consider is a problem... Well, I yam what I yam and I calls 'em as I see's 'em. |

I also enjoy the rants about how a scene was ok but the director should have done better, as if it's a personal affront. I'll admit to being disappointed by that sort of thing at times, but its amazing how worked up some people can become. Continuity gaffes are fun too. |

In the irrelevant spot, I got 5 years on ya. In the past, I've often thrown out many topics on discussion - often of the oldies & goodies variety. Way more times than not, those observations have fallen on 'deaf ears.' Don't really care, but after awhile I just think "why bother?" It seems like this new crowd, undoubtedly younger, have an attention span that starts with new scenes, mainly those on LMN or LIFEHD. And ends there, which is fine for them. |

So there are new photo stills from the upcoming film, one of the stills has Midori Francis in a pink jumpsuit trying to grab a long stick with her hands ziptied front in a cabin. My informer mentioned that this was hinted in the upcoming trailer for the film before her scene of running out of the cabin. |
