There is still the water stains on both of their shirts, so possibly they are waterboarded with the hoods on at some point, or they were both just sweaty from the scene, lol. |

On the Starsky & Hutch episode "The Psychic", Dianne Kay was kidnapped, bound, & gagged at the very beginning of the episode, shown several times throughout, and finally rescued at the end. Now, there was probably only around 5-7 minutes of actual screen time of seeing her tied & gagged, but she WAS gagged the entire episode. |
