Re: Good scenes of damsel trying to remove gag
I just put (yesterday) two scenes from the movie Villa Captive with a situation you ask for.

Showed Missy handgagged before being sedated with a needle to the side of her neck. Going to be a long two weeks waiting to see where the scene goes.

Looks like the blonde will have the shit beaten out of her.
Don't think the scene will be that great but perhaps I'm just being to negative.

The episode was leaked early. Didn't see it but read a synopsis from somebody that did that said Missy doesn't get kidnapped. The shot in the promo happens at the very beginning of the episode and the bad guy just handgags her and knocks her out with an injection then takes off with the blonde cop.

Any mention of what happens to the blonde? Disappointing to hear Missy doesn't get another scene unless this is wrong, but at least we have her great one from last year.

When The Clock Strikes
Just happened to see this old (1961) movie shown on WRBG (T-H-I-S) TV channel, which is starting to show hard to find, collectors item flicks - (other week the Pat Priest masterpiece). Anyway, on this one there was a quick scene of an evil inn keeper untieing & ungagging a pretty blonde actress, Merry Anders. The unfortunate thing is that the whole scene of her being b/g is nowhere to be seen... the previous scene showing Ms. Anders had her talking to the hero character in the room.

Looked like a very good scene - tight cleave gag - that, somewhere along the line, was blatantly cut/the tieing totally eliminated. Really too bad.

I don't know that the scene was cut - as far as I know, the entire scene consists of Merry Anders being untied. I've never seen a cut which includes her being taken prisoner. The implication in the cuts that I've seen is that the hero (and the audience) are to believe that she has taken off with the money, and its supposed to be a surprise that she is being held prisoner by the clerk. If anybody has seen a capture scene, I'd be interested in hearing about it.

The movie page for the channel ThisTV pretty much gives it away about the edits to the movie for TV. Just view the photo slideshow and it's pretty self explanatory.

There is apparently another scene in the slideshow, but I'm not sure it was ever in the movie. The photo in question (hopefully the link works), shows Merry sitting in the chair comfortably, hands not only untied, but one hand next to her gag. The gag appears to be an OTM, not the tight cleave that was in the final print. It might be a behind-the-scenes photo as the scene was being set up.

In addition, the running time of the movie from IMDB was 72 minutes. HULU has the movie available (for anybody who wants to check it out), and the time listed is 71 minutes. There is no additional scene in the HULU version, it is the same as was shown on ThisTV.

Re: General Hospital & Rookie Blue
I forgot to ask if anything is mentioned about Missy or Charlotte (the blonde) being B&G at all? Even if Missy isn't kidnapped, the kidnapper could've left her B&G at the scene.

did searches on tumblr
Hey guys(gals). I'm sure no one here remembers me. I'm the Damsels in Distress fan from Chicago (Jessi) who did a stage adaptation of The Collector about 12 years ago. Can you believe this page has been around that long? I'm gettin' old.

Anyway, I'm working on a few fics right now and while I have a plethora of pulp magazine scans and all the issues of Bizarre, I've been searching tumblr for good DID images or screen caps. It seems like a prime place to collect this stuff, but my searches aren't turning up any DiD focused tumblrs. do any of you manage one?

I read somewhere Mary Elizabeth Mastrantonio had a cleave gag scene on Broadway I think in Man from La mancha does anyone have photo proof.

Corazon Valiente
Promo for Monday's episode of this Spanish language soap shows the lead female bodyguard, Angela (Adriana Fonseca) getting chloroformed (her third scene on his show) and kidnapped. Not sure if it will lead to a b&g scene as none is shown in the preview. "Corazon Valiente" airs at 8:00 p.m. CT on Telemundo.
