SpoilerTV links to an Angie Harmon interview in which she complains about being "handcuffed to the bed for eight hours." I already posted a VCR Alert. It was nice to see in the promo that her arms are spread wide, so it's not some lame cuffed-to-the-bed-by-one-wrist scene.

I don't like this scene either. It's a S&M scene more than a damsel in distress scene. I'm not into S&M scenes.

Title: Valdez is Coming (1971)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Susan Clark

Description: Kidnapped by Valdez (Burt Lancaster) to lure her evil rancher husband into a trap, she is tied and gagged with thick cloth between the teeth. He leaves her floundering in the scrub as he stalks the bad guy. Because of her speech impediment, she can't attract a potential rescuer when walks nearby.

Gag as "speech impediment"--love it!

I really wish there was a way to actually search for something like this in articles about this movie. Unless a reviewer actually shares our point of view, they're not likely to emphasize the scene, and a movie like this won't really have a detailed synopsis available anywhere that would indicate a scene, compared to a non-documentary.

Oh well, if anybody can figure this one out, it's you, Sparks. After all, you're... from Earth.

This could be a lengthy scene based on the promo. The voiceover says "a shocking kidnapping" which is obviously Angie. The first shot is a computer screen video shown to the cops with Angie tied to her bed. Next cut, they bust into her bedroom and she's gone. So she'll be transported to a new spot by the stalker for the rest of the episode. Hopefully, it won't be the "sound-proof" basement.

Here's the only usable frame from the promo. Jane-cuffed-to-the-bed is almost literally a FLASH at the very end of the promo. Even if there isn't a gag, this is gonna be good (IMHO). That said, there are many possibilities and we have VERY little information. We'll all just have to be patient and wait... like eight-year-olds the week before the family goes to Disneyland. :-)

The week after next has a plot involving sex trafficking, so there could also be a scene then.

DAYS
Well at least the storyline ran today, as Melanie again tried to escape from her kidnapper. No bondage though. It looks like the next time this storyline runs we'll get to see Melanie in bondage again.

Sutton cover scene re-imagined
The art team of Fastner and Larson have published the fourth edition of their "Pocket Pal" series, a small (about 5" by 8") collection of preliminary art pieces or stuff they've done over the years. It's in B&W other than color covers. One of the 32 drawings is their take on the famous (in our circles) Tom Sutton cover for an issue of "Ghostly Haunts" long ago. The image can be seen (and the book ordered) at http://www.fastnerandlarson.com. They also sometimes sell prints of their art in 8 1/2 X 11 size; you'd have to inquire if this one is available if you're interested. There are three other drawings in the book involving bondage, often as a prelude to spanking, but the riff on Sutton's drawing is the only one with a gag. Much of their art is sort of tongue in cheek, but they can do serious stuff as well.

Yes, she will at least get her wrists tied tomorrow, according to day ahead site.

Corazon apasionado
Marlene Favela was briefly and I mean briefly tied up in a shack today. Lasted about 30 sec as the ppl keeping her there though she was crazy or something. She was released right away and sent back home. Hands tied behind w single piece of white rope. Pretty lame. However, someone mentioned a while back she might get a full treatment towards the end Of this show...it looks like its wrapping up soon...anybody got a idea if this may be true or not????

usher video
There is a music video by Usher featuring Rick Ross called "let me see"
in the video there is a japanese theme focused on tattoo's and there is a woman there in some pretty elaborate shibari style rigging. The problem is there never an excellent shot of the woman in the total bondage. the video give these quick shots of first her wrists , then some time later they show more of the rope , they then show her legs in ropes.
The trick here would be finding the making of version of this

Yep, seems like an accurate title for this video.

Nope, nothing this week. But I'm guessing there's always the possibility of next week, since the crazy person is still on the loose.
