Friday July 13 00:04:54 2012 Run For Your Life - Karen Jensen |
I found a website devoted to the series, but the malformed string error is preventing me from posting the clickable link. I'll try to put up a version which you can use to put back together. run4(DOT)us/runforyourlifeseason1(DOT)htm (Brian- I'll send you the original via email so you can check out the problem if this works) |

The Kangaroo Jack scene with Denise Roberts was a pleasant surprise since it was done with a character that had no impact on the story at all, plus kids/family movies usually aren't the greatest DID sources. 18 Wheels of Justice "Caged" featuring Lisa Maris was also a great surprise since it is very rare to see a scene where the cop/agent gags the suspect, usually it's the other way around. That scene was pretty surprising since it absolutely came out of nowhere with the guy randomly pulling out a roll of duct tape and gagging Maris only seconds later. Reality TV is probably the most DID dry TV genre of all, and that is what made the Marybeth Decker scene in Road Rules South Pacific such a sweet surprise. |

A movie I just watched this week on Starz called "Orgazmo" had a very nice scene with a cute, tape-gagged woman wearing a white slip and pantyhose. It was well lit with lots of close-ups and nice expression from the DiD. It was tongue-in-cheek, so there was no real danger, but it was well-played. The only thing that would have made it better (picky, picky) would have been white tape instead of beige. In addition to that scene, there was a pulp serial type illustration in the opening credits showing a DiD wearing a white cleave gag. Both nice surprises. |

I just finished watching this complete Brackens World episode on an old, fuzzy, grainy and incredibly dark copy that I got years ago. Can understand how you thought it "wasn't as good as remembered." But, I still found it to be quite enjoyable, especially when Jensen somehow got her shoe off and threw it out the barn's window. OTOH, her feet were never tied, and the over the mouth gag was rather weak. Overall, a very good plot idea though... a very pretty starlet type kidnapped and held captive in an old deserted barn on a hollywood set. |

Friday July 13 14:32:45 2012 DAYS |
Finally some worthwhile scenes. I think the first scene from the beginning of the show was a recap of yesterdays scene. Scenes showed farely regularly until about the 40 minute mark when she was shown free of any bondage but still a prisoner. |

Had not heard that there was a scene in it and of course it turned out to be much better than expected, for me anyway. Sometimes wonder if one of them will turn out to have "the kink" and will trace it back to that time at the movies. Sort of hope not, because my sister has never been shy about punching me. |
Friday July 13 15:53:33 2012 VAN's FiCTion is Updated! |
Hi-Ho Fellow DiDoids! Chapter 8 of "Rizzoli & Beckett" is posted. It was after 12-noon before I *FINALLY* realized I hadn't posted my regular update!! It must be the curse of... FRIDAY THE 13TH!! {Cue ominous music} Hmm... Friday the 13th... Let's all take a moment to think about Louise Robey as "Micki" on the TV series of the same name. {Sigh} Okay, back to work! |

Friday July 13 18:15:39 2012 Rurouni Kenshin |
It looks like from the trailer, there's gonna be at least one full treatment scene for one of the female leads. The movie's out in Japan in August so hopefully it shows up on torrent sites pretty quick |

Trish Stratus on WWE Raw in 2005. I didn't expect that one bit. Great surprise. Our Trish sure did look yummy bound and gagged. |
Friday July 13 18:43:54 2012 Luther |
I was just flipping around the dials and saw a quick cleave scene in a promo for an all-day marathon tomorrow on BET for a show called "Luther." A quick check of the database revealed the scene in question was probably this: Record number: 15146 Title: Luther Medium: TV Series Actress: Catherine Hamilton Description: Episode: "Episode 3" (1.3) Episode opens with a young mother (Hamilton), who is ambushed in her home by a serial killer, who tells her to come with him willingly or else he will kill her baby. After she reluctantly agrees, the scene cuts to Hamilton lying in the trunk of a car, her hands tied in front of her with a black zip-tie, and her mouth cleave-gagged with a thin black cloth. A split-second after this, the killer slams the trunk closed. The next time Hamilton is seen, she is still tied and gagged, but has now been placed inside of a large metal crate. While the camera is on the killer outside of the box, we hear her mmmphing and banging on the inside. Throughout the episode, we see her struggling and whimpering until the killer puts in some sort of of mechanism to freeze her to death. We see her one last time, where she sobs and begs for her life under the gag before the killer seals her in her icy tomb. She is briefly glimpsed near the end, when Luther, the titular protaganist, finds her frozen corpse, still trussed up inside of it's makeshift freezer. There is a second scene in the DB and my guess is both will be shown. The marathon apparently starts at 8:30 am tomorrow, but CYLL. Enjoy! LVC |

Me TV, at least in the Boston market, has started to run the old Batman and Get Smart (mmm..Barbara Feldon) episodes on certain evenings. I apologize Mr. Moderator if this is old news. Hoping the Batgirl episodes may not be far behind. Ahh my formative years... |

Friday July 13 22:33:16 2012 THEY DON'T MAK E SCENES LIKE THEY USED TO |
As one who was there all I can say is that the good old days weren't all that good to begin with. I find what we get nowadays to be much superior. For decades my two favorite scenes were Phylis Kirk's long scene from the Thin Man, and Peggy Castle's scene from Porphyria's lover The Lawman. Year's ago I bought a poor copy of Kirk's scene from Chivalry Video. I was surprised to see that the only close-up was the opening shot that showed her being gagged, all the other shots were from medium range. Still a great scene but hardly one of my top ten anymore. As for Peggy Castle's I bought a collection of Lawman shows from one of the nostalgia company's and was dissappointed it how short it was. I always imagined it to be a lot longer scene. though considering it was a half hour show I can't imagine how I could have thought it was longer than it was. Still a good scene but again not one of my all timers anymore. To be honest with you by and large most of these scenes from the fifties and sixties don't seem to hold up as well to me. There are a lot of reasons for that, mostly involving changes in my tastes over the years and other thing. For example I'm partial to tape gags, something you didn't have much of in those. Then due to my contacts with sites like this I've discovered a whole new world of foreigh bondage. Not that there stuff is better than ours, it's just that it's opened a whole wider world of stuff to compare the old time stuff too, and in my book the old time stuff doesn't hold up as well. Actually the only thing that seems to hold up well over the years for me are the soap scenes. There's nothing that beats the old time soap scenes. Just one old man's opinion. |
