| I found this page comparing the theatrical and the unrated cut of the second Charlie's Angels movie, and it mentions a scene in the latter that "pays homage to the fight scene in the first movie", where Dylan (Drew Barrymore) is, again, tied to a chair and fights while being bound. There seems to be no tape gag this time around, but she seems to get hit rather brutally. |

Punching a damsel in the face kind of ruins it for me, and I never thought Drew Barrymore should've cast herself as a sexy crime fighter in the first place, but good find nevertheless. |

When she visited the salon, the hairdresser cajoled her into sitting in a chair so they both could look at her hair. The accomplice them walked in, and the hairdresser quickly gagged her with a white cloth over her mouth. Phyllis Davis made muffled sounds through her gag, to no avail. I was perplexed by her intent to visit the workplace of a potential violent criminal by herself. What if he really was the bad guy? As it turns out. he was! Fortunatley for us, she did go there alone, and wound up bound and gagged by the dastardly villain. |
