Peggy Lipton had one of the all-time best bondage scenes in the Mod Squad episode "The Hot, Hot Car" (3.17). She was bound (hands behind), cleave-gagged, and blindfolded. When left alone in the living room, she stood up and tried to feel her way to the door. Just as she turned the knob and started to open the door, the baddie caught up with her and slammed it shut. He then does what he should have done in the first place: He ties her ankles. It’s fun to think about what would have happened if she had made it to the street.

The episode also had one of the best ever villain’s lines: "Sorry, sweetheart. I'm a sucker for a pretty girl. I take that gag off and you'll talk me right into a cell". Ranks right up there with, “She can’t come to the phone. She’s a little tied up at the moment.” Another great line from the episode: “I’m gonna pack, so don’t run off, y’hear?”

Be aware that Cimarron Strip is syndicated in two different versions, the original 90 minute version and one edited down to 60 minutes. It's been a long time since I've seen it but I believe the hour long version cuts out most of the scene. WGN used to air both versions about 15 years ago, usually in the wee hours of the morning, but I was never able to get the full version of "Whitey".

LA's Finest
The Jessica Alba-Gabrille Union series starts Monday on Spectrum Demand. I'm guessing it's every Monday but not sure.

The critics got a look at the first 3 episodes, and of course, mostly trashed the show.

Of the details from the first 3, looks like Episode 2 would have potential for guest stars, as a killer kidnaps people and posts their deaths on social media.

Rebecca Budig is listed as guest in Episodes 1 and 2. Not sure if she's a cop, friend or what. But would love to see her in peril. Can't believe she's now 45.

Most realistic gag/scene
Whats the most realistic scene people can think of. Where the actress really felt tied up and gagged

Naomi Watts in Funny Games. She has also said in an interview that she was really tight and properly gagged and bound.

That scene from the Colombian show los 80 where the actress is tied to a chair is one that comes to mind

Doll Squad
In a case of "wishful thinking" more than anything, I am recording a movie on Charge TV called Doll Squad. I knew nothing about it, but according to the database there is some DiD activity. It has been on for one hour already, so no time for a data alert. But, these cheapie TV cable channels often show movies again repeatedly, check listings for next time it is on, if interested.

Re: Most realistic gag/scene
Cameron Diaz in A Life Less Ordinary. A single strip duct tape gag that actually looked believable due to the very tight application. Also Terry Farrell in Hellraiser III with the ultra-tight looking leather harness/muzzle apparatus she sports during her scene.

I can’t into the actress’ head (unless she wants to reveal some insight on the Damsels in Distress Interviews website). But here is a good candidate for most realistic scene.

Title: Rookie Blue Episode: "Surprises" (4.01) Damsel: Missy Peregrym
Off. Andy McNally (Missy Peregrym) goes undercover, arouses the suspicions of the baddie, and is knocked unconscious. She comes to in the back of a delivery truck, only to find herself sporting a black tape wraparound gag, tightly applied with multiple windings. The same black tape is used to secure her hands behind her back. Several head shots make it clear that she won’t be calling for help anytime soon. Oddly, there are no leg bindings. Multiple windings of the same black tape around her ankles and above her knees would have made for a delightfully complete package.

Supergirl
Two brief scenes for Melissa Benoist at the beginning of tonight's Supergirl. At the end of the last episode, she was kidnapped by the President (don't ask) and this week she is briefly questioned by Secret Service agents while tied to a chair. The scene is not that well lit, but I think she is zip tied to the chair. She's breaks free (cause she's Supergirl) and makes a break for it, but is captured by her own clone (don't ask). She is then seated in a hotel room with her wrists bound in front by kryptonite chains. After a brief conversation, she breaks free and jumps out a window.

She is in her civilian clothes for both scenes. Probably just for completists.

Dreamer, a trans girl hero also gets captured. I'm halfway through the episode.
