Wednesday April 03 00:00:37 2019 Best DID Scenes Of The 90s |
I've been feeling nostalgic for the 90s lately, being the decade I had my childhood during and all of the great memories I have of it, which of course include DIDs. Many of these scenes triggered my love of DIDs from a young age and I'm certainly indebted to many for that. The 90s produced some great ones for sure. What are your favorites of the era? Some of mine in no real order: Natasha Henstridge - Caracara Cameron Diaz - A Life Less Ordinary Gina Gershon - Palmetto Kirsten Dunst - Small Soldiers Terry Farrell - Hellraiser III Madchen Amick - Bombshell Marg Helgenberger - Murder Live Gillian Anderson - The X-Files (Our Town and Unruhe) Brooke Langton - The Net (Harvest) Allison Hossack - Cobra (The Gnome) To name a few, I'm sure I'm forgetting others. The 90s produced some top-notch scenes and damsels for sure. I'm such a huge duct tape snob and loyalist, but the Hellraiser III scene remains an all-time favorite and was probably the very first that got my love of DIDs going. I've always had a special love of Terry Farrell for that scene, and it was great years later seeing her with the classic silver/grey duct tape during her No H8 shoot. But her Hellraiser III scene is one I owe everything to for making me a DID fan and lover in the first place. |

> The 90s produced some great ones for sure. What are your favorites of the era? ~~~~ Your list included some of my 1990s favorites. Some additional ones (in Alphabetic order): "Gridlock" (1996) Kathy Ireland. "Story of O, The Series" (1992) Claudia Cepeda. "Tie Me Up! Tie Me Down!" (aka, "Atame" (1990) Victoria Abril. Walker, Texas Ranger ("The Return of LaRue"; 4.15) Sheree J. Wilson. "The Return of LaRue" is one of my favorite primetime TV series scenes -- another standout example of the "I Have You Now, My Pretty" DiD TV trope. https://tvtropes.org/pmwiki/pmwiki.php/Main/IHaveYouNowMyPretty |

Gillian Anderson in every full treatment X-Files scene she had, plus all of Teri Hatcher's Lois & Clark scenes. Ally Walker in Universal Soldier, great otm. Gina Gershon and Jennifer Tilly in Bound...uber knotted cleaves. Oh yeah honorable mention to Madchen Amick in Twin Peaks. Her AOH scene had a big impact on my "tastes" that's for sure ;) |
Wednesday April 03 06:57:42 2019 Gretel And Hansel 2019(?) |
She disappointingly missed out on a scene in the recent Nancy Drew but Sophia Lillis is set to appear as an older Gretel in a dark new remake of the classic fairytale. She'll presumably fall foul of witches and other nasties at some point and be restrained in some way or other. More of a traditional horror than the slapsticky and bizarre semi-modern Gemma Arterton film of a few years back so has definite potential. Should be out later this year |
Wednesday April 03 09:05:03 2019 Dwight in Shining Armor Scene |
While looking for the promo for the next episode that has been discussed, I watched the first episode of the show. At about the 13 minute mark a knight defeats the princess in a sword fight and kidnaps her by throwing her over his shoulder. A few minutes later she is seen dangling over a fiery pit with her arms bound over her head with thick rope. She is soon rescued by the hero. The episode can be viewed on the ByuTV website. It's a family show, so probably only worth seeking out if you like more light-hearted scenes. As an aside, I can't find the promo for the next episode anywhere. Utube, Instagram, Tumblr, Vimeo, Twitter, Facebook, nothing. |

Without having to go through every actress in the Harry Potter series of this data base. The question is has any actress who had a part in the Harry Potter series ever been bound and gagged in a movie, or TV series (Ever) |

Quickie scene tonight for Margo (Summer Bishil). Tied up and left in a closet by a ghost. Hops out and is quickly untied. https://i.imgur.com/DaFzcjr.jpg |
