I think it's episode 3 of the South Korean drama 'Sweet Home' that has a woman cocooned by a spider monster

Greatest comic bondage art I ever saw was Russ Heath's "Cowgirls at War," a parody of war and romance stuff that appeared in a "National Lampoon" magazine. The story was just insane nonsense, but Russ Heath drew women who were unbelievably luscious, and to see some of them in bondage situations was fantastic. Weird part was that Heath wasn't at all into bondage, and had to go buy some XXX magazines to find out what he was supposed to be drawing.

Cowgirls at War hmmm. Never seen this before or knew the artist had done such things! I always liked his Haunted Tank comics as a kid think I would've enjoyed this one more ;). I like the girls combat outfits; rather umm, distracting :/

Netflix trailer - madame Claude
Just saw this trailer, and it hints at a bit of actual bondage. The film concerns a pimp in 1960s France. The trailer has flashes of leg in rope and the dialogue refers to a client who likes things weird.

Doesn't look like a long scene, but could be fun

Hopefully, it will not be a scene-for-scene remake of the theatrical release "Madame Claude" (1977), which did not have a scene despite a director not averse to such imagery (Just Jaeckin of "The Story of O" and "The Perils of Gwendoline").

The original artwork from that story sold at auction some time back - all the pages except the one that had the most bondage panels on it, lol. At least we know that one is in the hands of ""one of us," or maybe I should say in a frame on their bedroom wall.
