I guess they didn’t gag them since it was a lengthy scene and they wanted to have some dialogue between them. At least they’ve shown they’re willing to give us a quality scene (no gag withstanding) so I’m hopeful we’ll get a full treatment scene at some point.

Well, everyone has an opinion. Mine is that it would have been a disappointment, except that I was expecting it to be bad and got exactly that. Good lighting? Really? It was so dark you could barely make out the ropes around their necks. The bonds looked okay, but were scarcely shown. And the two of them sat and talked about their pasts instead of sharing ideas on how they might get out of the trap. I mean, since your mouth isn't covered, at least try to blow out the candle or scream for help. A scene that will live for never.

Gags would've completely defeated the storyline purpose of this scene. Like, the whole reason this scene even happens is so that Nancy has a chance to talk to George while she's being possessed by a ghost. Without that conversation this scene doesn't even exist.

Re: Nancy Drew
Can anyone identify the episode title? Seems on the Cw page they offer free streaming of episodes but it looks like they air at a later date then when originally broadcast.

Per the IMDb, the episode of Nancy Drew broadcast March 17 was titled “The Quest for the Spider Sapphire” (2.08).

The IMDb usually has information on upcoming episodes.

Mainly for completists; decent rope work mostly obscured but no gags, damsels were dressed like slobs (sweats), and poor lighting. Since the characters are 'Chatty Cathys' they mostly talked off topic as if their lives weren't in danger, similar to the Frankie Drake episode not too long ago. At least the Frankie Drake episode was better lit and the damsels were more...attractively tied and wearing skirts.

I think we can expect future female-centric mystery shows like this to be mostly gagless at least with the main characters. Funny how the Lifetime network is fast becoming our 'lifeline' with a better success rate in terms of full treatments, even if poorly tied. Too bad they don't have their own mystery series.

Ducktales- Last Adventure
The most recent episode of the Ducktales series had Webby B&G, if anyone's into that.

Never seen that. Nice find. Always liked that scene, with Tom Bosley and that character actress that was in every sitcom in the 1960s and 70s. Right before 99 is tied and gagged, she says "we're CHAOS" to which Bosley says "you're holding a gun on her and I'm taking pictures of secret documents. Who else would she think we are? Sonny and Cher?"

If I remember correctly, that character actress was Alice Ghostley, who had her own nice little scene in "Car 54, Where Are You?".
