This is the first scene Holby City has produced in 23 series which given that it's been on 52 weeks a year for the majority of that time is a long wait. Also, Parent show Casualty has had numerous scenes over the decades, infrequent but a decent strike rate for a medical show. And I'm sure anyone who remembers Dawn Steele fondly from her role in early noughties series Monarch of the Glenn was delighted to see her get a full treatment. It's a doozy too, runs the duration of the episode (40m) Episode opens with a close up of her cleave gagged face as she wakes up and ends with her looking up from the floor at her newly returned captor. Some decent struggling along the way too. She's tied wrists to chair arms ankles to chair legs with what looks like some sort of tubing or cabling |

| What are some favorite B&g scenes with long-haired (Mid-back length or longer) damsels? Excluding ones where the actress was wearing extensions, such as a riff on the Rapunzel tale. Two of mine that come to mind: Jane Seymour in "Memories of Midnight" (1991). Sedona Legge in "Web Cam Girls" (2017). (Keri Russell's non-gag scene in "The Babysitter's Seduction" (1996) was a notable missed opportunity). |
