| Olivia Holt portrays a girl who is abducted in the new Freeform series 'Cruel Summer'. Premieres on April 20 (and will be available the next day each week on Hulu). One of the TV promos shows her in an extreme close up, from the tip of her nose up, with a terrified expression on her face. You can't see her mouth in the close-up, but I truly hope what we can't see is a nice tight wrap gag or cleave gag. Given the subject matter and her character it's a definite possibility |

| Intriguing premise. Olivia is like a young Reese Witherspoon verry cute. If half the episodes are from her perspective there will definitely be something for her. Is there a link to the tv spot showing her eyes? Love it when the camera does that and slowly pans down their face to hopefully reveal a great gag. Although it'll probably just be a stock-standard single strip duct tape gag. You never know though wraparounds are becoming quite frequent in mainstream... |

| Ahh Bridget Fonda. Those eyes. Those freckles. That haircut. And that marvellous clear tapegag and those lips. If Olivia gets a remotely similar scene we'll all be happy chappies. Looks like she's just locked in a room in the main trailer but hopefully she'll get the full once or twice - or ideally for a whole episode :). |

And that marvellous clear tapegag Yeah, normally, I disliked clear gags, but this one was very unique, clear enough to see the lips but dark enough to be effective as a traditional looking gag. One bonus to this scene was Bridget handling the roll of tape earlier in the episode, when she was taping the vents to prevent noise going to the neighbors. https://i.imgur.com/if2YBoh.jpg |

Judging from the Lifetime-esque trailer I have a feeling it will be nothing more than a dark 'blink and miss it' in the last episode revealing she was killed, or maybe went into hiding somewhere voluntarily.
