Was this scene at the "three minute & 40 second" mark, or did it happen at "3:40" pm (since the show runs from 3-4 pm). Was a bit confused on your time stamp! Thanks! :-)

Re: GH
It happened at 3:40 PM. She's tied to the chair until the end of the episode.

One of the promos mentioned "Jason finds a video", so at the end of the episode Monday, Carly is yelling as he enters the basement. She might not even be there. That would be our best hope to continue the scene.

Maybe we can go with the 40 minute mark. On the west coast in my neck of the woods it's at 2pm and on Soapnet the repeats are all over the place.

Can't beat Fiona Horsey who's accumulated a few good scenes since too.

The costume is that of the new Catwoman, who is an antihero thief character with a history of getting into trouble in the comics. Bondage is a part of that character's comic persona so the picture is probably trying to reflect both sides of her nature.

GH Carly Scene
What a bust of a scene. The producers of General Hospital kidnap Laura Wright's (Carly) and only one day. What a joke. Her bound and gag scene was a joke also. What a major disapointment.

I agree. Sometimes Soaps can knock them out of the park, and other times they bunt one foul for strike three. This was horrendous. Not even "a scene" in my book.

I have to agree with Doug. Total non-scene here. That's why you can't fall for all the hype that circulates in here from time to time. I'm a firm "I'll believe it when I see it" guy...

Well said !!!!!!!!!!

The problem with over enthusiastic fans of a particular actress ballyhooing sub mediocre scenes has been around since this forum first opened, and will probably continue as long as Brian cares to keep this great place going.

She had a GREAT scene once as a POW of the Japanese.

If you like Fiona Horsey look here for scenes and interviews featuring her in bondage

Re: Canadian Model
According to the photographer's comments on Deviant Art, the tape over the mouth is supposed to symbolize the marginalization of female fans in the comic book community (and yes the model really is a big Catwoman fan.)

Heroes
Heroes was a big tease last night! Samuel told one of his henchmen to watch Claire and make sure she doesn't leave the Carnival grounds. The goon catches her snooping around and grabs her. He makes a "No more snooping around Nancy Drew" comment. The scene cuts to a commercial and I hit my record button on the DVR. I thought there was going to be a tie-up scene. It turned into nothing more than a big tease. She was sitting there untied with the goon watching her. To add insult to injury, there was a putz scene later on in the episode.

Not to mention the Puppet Master guy who had Claire in his power again. She even said something like, "You must be getting weaker, you would have shut my mouth by now."

In one of the earlier seasons when he was still evil, the Puppet Master had Claire, her really hot birth-mom, and her adopted mom all under his power and would shut their mouths to keep them from speaking.

I don't really find Claire all that hot, but I wish someone would tape her mouth just because her constant drama is really tiresome.

"Paradise Road" is the title. She is left tied hands behind outside overnight in a stringent position -- until burned badly by the next day's sun -- tough stuff.

Also see "The Life Aquatic" -- briefly hogtied and later kneeling.

Neither scene is in the database.

Hmmm.

Record number: 11068

Title: The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou (2004)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Cate Blanchett

Description: An unexpecting and delightful Cate Blanchett playing Jane a reporter aboard the "Belafonte", Zissou's boat. She is seen half way into the movie in a hogtie with ropes binding her wrist behind her back and her ankles. She is lying on her belly in a classic hogtie. She is tied as such by Philippino sea pirates who attack the boat. She is seen later on blindfolded on her knees. Her arms are seemingly tied behind her back but we never get to see her wrists. Many of the other members of the crew are similarly tied and blindfolded by the bandits. However the movie has a comedy tone and therefore no sense of real danger is intended. Captain Zissou cuts himself loose and saves the day.

Wearing a blue dressing gown/bath robe, good struggling but short scene and on a bunk seen from a low angle so not a full view. Between 56 to 60 minutes without adverts

Record number: 545

Title: Paradise Road (1997)
Medium: Movie
Actress: Cate Blanchett

Description: Her character is a civilian internee during the Japanese occupation of Sumatra. As punishment for showing disrespect to the Emperor, she is forced to kneel amid sharpened sticks with her hands tied behind her back and a stick wrapped with barbed wire placed behind her knees.
