Thula (Lita) leads here special Phalanx worrior team in search of Max(Alba) and other hidding transgenics. Janelle a pregnant transgenic in labor has a cloth pulled tightly between her teeth to keep her from being discovered by the Phalanx team.Its never tied around her head but it is shown being pulled in tight, then another shot shows it being held firmly in place, and finaly she is hand gagged over the cloth. Max battles thula and cuffs arms around a columb with her own cuffs. logan kicks another female Phalanx worrior (Lori Stewart) through a wall where 2 women tending to Janelle jump on her and cuff her hands behind her back with her own cuffs. Logan and Alec disguised as Phalanx soldiers lead Max and 2 other transgenics out to a waiting police van hands cuffed behind.(When Max climbs in the van you can see her bring her hands out from behind her back just beore the camera cuts away so part of the scene was faked but the next shot shows her getting the cuffs taken off so some of it was real) When local police enter the building they find agent White and the Phalanx team heavily taped to a columb and tape gagged with red and white packing tape. Lori Stewart was one of the soldiers stripped of her uniform for the escape and is in her underwear but the tape covers most of her upper body.Thula is shown in a seperate shot still cuffed to her columb but now on her knees and heavily taped to it as well.
