8379 - Ignition
Complete Description:

1. She was kidnapped, handcuffed arm behind her back and tape gagged (black tape) inside the back of a large SUV.
She was wearing blue clothes.
2. Several villains carry her (screaming and kicking legs) to the trunk of a golf cart.
3. A villain open the trunk, and forced her to walk to a rocket launching pad (still bound and gagged)
4. She was handcuffed (arm in front) to a steel wheel directly below the rocket, next to a ticking bomb. The villain remove her gag: "You can scream now! Nobody will hear you!"
5. After a fight the hero rescue her and shoot the handcuff.
Occur in the last 30 minutes.

Jay, I restored my version because I think it is more
consistent with tense and that it is HANDS that are
restrained (in general) not arms.

Besides, I don't do very many.

as appears we both were editing same time and you were about 3mins faster.
