They bind her wrists in front and gag her with a jawbreaker candy and overlapping strips of tape. Then she is forced into a trunk of a car. In addition to this scene at the beginning, there are later flashbacks. Caveat: she swallows the jawbreaker and chokes to death. |

Record number: 2504 Title: Tank Girl (1995) Medium: Movie Actress: Lori Petty, Ann Magnuson, Naomi Watts Description: Tank Girl (Petty) is brought before the evil Malcolm McDowell (who I'm sure is a peach of a guy in real life) with her hands bound behind her around 20' in (with commercials). She is later seen in a straitjacket with a restraining chain attached to the back about 35' into this adaptation of the underground comic book. In the very next scene, she is laced up in a full-body canvas bag (without the SJ). In another scene, Ms. Magnuson, as a madam, is forced to sing "Let's Do It", but is gagged with white tape while Tank Girl takes over. Unfortunately this was cut from the COMEDY CENTRAL airing on 7/8/01. It would've occured about halfway in, I believe. Lastly, Ms. Petty and Ms. Watts ("Jet Girl") have their wrists strapped in front around the 65' mark, are released, then restrapped with locked chains. The sequence ends around 75' in. |

Record number: 248 Title: Outlaw, The (1943) Medium: Movie Actress: Jane Russell Description: Rio (Russell) gets her outstretched arms bound to two trees and cleave-gagged by Billy the Kid. She's bound with strips of wet rawhide in front of a pool of water and abandoned as vengance for filling Billy and Doc Holliday's canteens with sand. Sheriff Pat Garrett captures the thirsting Holliday and then hears Rio's mmmphing and unties her. Rio then pulls the gag from her mouth and leaves it hanging around her neck. The two men comment about Billy "paying off poetic" leaving her in front of the pool with the rawhide which will eventually dry and leave her hanging by her wrists. The sheriff surmises that Billy is really in love with Rio (much to Rio's surprise) and decides to use her as bait. She's then retied and gagged in a similar position to trap Billy. During the night Billy does return and walks up to the trussed damsel, tugs on her gag and comments to himself, "Hmm, I thought I tied it tighter than that." He pulls out the cloth, but gets jumped by the pistol toting Garrett. Rio is wearing a low cut white blouse which barely covers her famous lift-and-separated bazooms. |

Right at the beginning of the movie. A daring scene for a 1958 movie! _____________________________ @1:00pm BravoC Title: Quo Vadis (1951) Medium: Movie Actress: Unknown, Deborah Kerr Description: In the second part of the Christian persecution sequence which begins at about two and one-half hours in, the victims are tied to crosses which are set afire. There is a brief close-up of a female extra screaming as the flames rise around her. The final part of this sequence features Kerr led out into the arena and bound to a stake to serve as a target for a bull that will be allowed to kill her if it gets past a male wrestler. Her Roman-tribune boyfriend (Robert Taylor) is shackled to another pole next to Nero and his wife in the stands, and the sequence is intercut with scenes of him struggling to free himself, making it somewhat difficult to edit. ______________________________ @1:25pm FAM (Rogers ch 51) Title: Black Beauty (1971) Medium: Movie Actress: Uschi Glas (as Ursula Glas) Description: Captured by the bad guys, she's B&G in a barn (feet tied, hands behind back, over-the-mouth gag with a black bandanna). After some struggling, she manages to untie herself with some help from the horse(!). __________________________________ @8:00pm Space/Imagination Title: Kull the Conqueror (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Karina Lombard Description: About 40 minutes into the film, her character is led out to a stake and is shown having her hands tied behind it, in preparation for execution by burning after she's been framed for murdering the title character. The problem for the bad guys is that he's not dead, as evidenced by his showing up to rescue her by cutting the ropes around her wrists and ankles with his sword. Some 20 minutes later the climactic battle takes place aboard a slave-rowed ship, after Lombard has been pulled up off the deck by her wrists-which have been bound with a rope attached to an overhead pulley-and dunked over the side. ____________________________ @9:00pm FAM Title: Who Framed Roger Rabbit? (1988) Medium: Movie Actress: None (animated); voiced by Kathleen Turner Description: The cartoon cutie Jessica gets tied to Roger Rabbit and raised upwards on a hook. Towards the end of this funny movie. _____________________________________ @10:00pm Space/Imagination Title: Hercules (1983) Medium: Movie Actress: Ingrid Anderson Description: Silly movie emphasizes Sybil Danning's cleavage (laudable) and special effects (silly) while attempting to hide the defective script and cast. Has a brief scene where Ariadne (Danning) gloats over the bound Princess Cassiopea (Anderson) who is tied to a ship's cot. |

Maya (Tishman) was captured by the bad guy, who decides to interrogate her using a knife on top of pool table. He opens part of her clothes and removed her shoes. Then he ties her spreadeagled and barefooted to the table. Merrill Ross (Michael Dudikoff) comes to the rescue and fights with the bad guy around the room and ultimately on top of her. After the bad guy is vanquished, Maya asks Merrill to release her; as soon she's free, she slugs him. Nice scene, no gag. |
