Record number: 1608 Title: Adventures of Superman (1952) Medium: TV Series Actress: Phyllis Coates, Ann Doran Description: Episode: "Night of Terror" (1.6) Lois Lane (Coates) and Mrs. King (Doran) are imprisoned at a campground owned by King. They are bound back to back, and detective gagged with white cloths. The crooks are waiting for a triggerman named "Babyface", when Jimmy Olsen arrives searching for Lois, they assume he's the killer and give him a gun with two bullets to finish off the damsels. Olsen releases the women, however almost immediately they become suspicious and recapture the trio. Fortunately Superman arrives just in time. Overall a good scene of moderate length where Lois struggles mightily against her bonds. Ms. Coates is grabbed in a phone booth while talking to Jimmy around the 10' mark (TVLAND airing). There are three separate bondage shots, with the first occuring about 16' in. They're freed around the 21' mark. |

The next scene shows the still bound and gagged heroine seated next to him in KITT, as he teases his captive audience. The sequence begins around the 43' mark. |

| @2:00am Space/Imagination Record number: 380 Title: Buffy the Vampire Slayer Medium: TV Series Actress: Sarah Michelle Gellar, Charisma Carpenter, Jordana Spiro Description: Episode: "Reptile Boy" (2.5) This is one of the best of the bondage episodes in Buffy. Callie Anderson (Spiro) gets herself captured by the demons and chained, arms overhead, to the wall of a dark dungeon, awaiting the master's evil pleasure. That pleasure involves being fed alive to a horrid creature from the deep, a giant Reptile. Later Buffy (Gellar) and Cordelia (Carpenter) get captured and chained alongside the girl. A great scene, with their arms pulled up, although, as usual, filmed in Gloomavision (most of the Buffy stuff is). The camera moves back and forth during the action and we get to see quite a bit of the chained (but ungagged) girls. Looks like curtains for all of them but, surprise, surprise, Buffy manages to break one of the chains holding her and saves the day. @7:00am CIII Record number: 981 Title: Inspector Gadget Medium: TV Series Actress: Animated (Voiced By Cree Summer) Description: Episode: "The Coo-Coo Clock Caper" (1.28)? The evil Clockmaker is stealing all of the Swiss gold. Penny goes to investigate in the Clockmaker's basement and discovers MAD agents melting the stolen gold. Suddenly a huge hand clamps over her mouth and she is carried off, mmpphffing furiously. "Tie her in that chair," commands the Clockmaker, and his lackey obeys, gagging her with a large white over the mouth cloth. Later, she is carried into another room, and slips off her gag. "You won't get away with this!" she shouts. "When the clock strikes five, you won't be alive!" he taunts. At the stroke of five, a huge hammer will bash Penny into pieces! Before the Clockmaker leaves Penny to her fate, he wisely slips the gag back over her mouth. In the next scene, Penny mmmpphffs furiously as five approaches. Good close-ups of her struggle as she works the gag loose. She calls out for help, and of course, Brain hears her and saves the day. Note: This is a cartoon! @1:00pm CKVR Record number: 803 Title: Turbo: A Power Rangers Movie (1997) Medium: Movie Actress: Amy Jo Johnson Description: Kimberly (the original "Pink Ranger" of the "Mighty Morphin Power Rangers" TV series) is captured by the native inhabitants of a magical island near the conclusion of the film. Her wrists and ankles are tied down to a wooden litter and she is carried into a nearby cave. Later, she is seen dangling from her chained wrists above a volcanic pit; she is tied back-to-back with Rocky (another former Ranger). Their legs are left free and there are no gags; Kimberly is able to trade retorts with the villainess Divatox, who is planning to sacrifice her to the local monster-god. Not much in the way of struggling, but plenty of concerned looks at the lava below. The current team of Rangers rush in to save their friends, but it's too late: they are lowered into the pool! Suddenly, the two reappear on the lip of the crater. Kim whips her head around to face the camera, her eyes glowing red with demonic possession. She smirks, and snaps the chains binding her wrists. During the next several minutes, she whips the tar out of her former teammates, all the while speaking in an "Exorcist"-like voice and spouting such lines as "Evil is as Evil does." The other Rangers eventually snap her out of the spell, and combine their Turbo Zord vehicles into a giant robot to combat the volcanic monster, thus making the world safe for kids in spandex. @2:00pm ShowC Record number: 2750 Title: Night Man aka NightMan Medium: TV Series Actress: Deanna Milligan Description: Episode: "Nightwoman Returns" (2.21) Nightwoman is shown calmly sitting in a chair with her wrists tied to the arms of a chair. Record number: 2045 Title: Black Mask (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Karen Mok, Francoise Yip Description: Fun Jet Li Hong Kong product about a masked crimefighter with some humour, great action and two bondage scenes. Francoise Yip is suspended by the waist, arms behind and provided with a bit gag. She is later cut down and placed on a table by a horny sleazeball who gets more than he bargained for. Ms. Yip is stunning. Later ubercute Karen Mok is tied with arms behind and cleavegagged while chained by one ankle. The USA airing (with ads, of course) had the first scene popping about the 30' mark, and the second around 60' in. The first scene lasts about ten minutes, the second around five, although Ms. Mok's ankle remains chained beyond that. Bonus: Ms. Mok is very briefly handgagged about the 50' mark in a friendly scenario after calling Li's character feigning distress in order to get him to come to a surprise party. |
