The problem for the bad guys is that he's not dead, as evidenced by his showing up to rescue her by cutting the ropes around her wrists and ankles with his sword. Some 20 minutes later the climactic battle takes place aboard a slave-rowed ship, after Lombard has been pulled up off the deck by her wrists-which have been bound with a rope attached to an overhead pulley-and dunked over the side. @9:00pm CFTM L'Arme fatale 4 (1998) Record number: 1295 Title: Lethal Weapon 4 (1998) Medium: Movie Actress: Rene Russo Description: Russo is girlfriend to Mel Gibson. Asian gang ties large family up including our pregnant heroine with duct tape hand and foot. Then they proceed to set the house on fire. very short scene but nonetheless it's Rene Russo! There is an additional scene of sorts on the DVD of this movie. In the "B-Roll Footage" section of videotaped outtakes from the production of the film, Russo is shown sitting in a chair, laughing and giggling, while Gibson binds her to it with yellow police-line tape. When he's done, he playfully offers to sell kisses from her for ten dollars each as she sits wrapped head to toe in the tape. The scene is about four minutes into the segment. |

Venna is handgagged in a dark corn field at about 1:12 into the movie. She is held captive in a hotel room, tied to a chair, and gagged with clear tape that is wrapped around her mouth several times. This happens at about 1:16 in. There is a shotgun at the door, rigged to go off if anyone opens it. The scene is switched back and forth to several times. Numerous close-ups and wondeful mmmppphing by Leelee make this scene a must-see, even for those who despise clear tapegags! Towards the end of the film (around 1:30), there's a brief scene where "Charlotte" (Jessica Bowman) is seen (in the cab of a truck) wearing a very tight dark-colored bandana cleave gag. Shot is from the head up with no ropes or restraints visible. |
