She's also cleave-gagged with a thin white cloth. The scene's somewhat marred by shadows which obscure the heroine's face. Too bad, because Shannon is a cutie. |

He knocks her out and takes her back to his hideout. We see her sitting in a chair with her hands behind her back and her ankles taped together, still unconscious. He gags her with a short strip of black tape. When she comes around, she watches as her captor kills one of his confederates. The next scene begins as we see Chris through the view screen of a camcorder. The villain removes her gag so that the video of her death will be more wrenching to her husband. When the husband and other cops arrive, her ankles are untaped so she can be hauled around to the front window. Record number: 5070 Title: Waxwork II: Lost in Time (1992) Medium: Movie Actress: Unknown, Shanna Teare Description: About an hour in a blindfolded but ungagged woman is shown standing shackled at the wrists to a star-shaped wooden frame as she's tickled with a feather, while in the background two other seminude women with shackled wrists look on. It should be said here that this movie is a satirical takeoff on virtually every horror and sci-fi film ever made, so nothing in it should be taken at face value. Several minutes later, in a sequence clearly inspired by Nastassia Kinski's performance at the end of Cat People, Teare is shown lying shackled in an arms-down spreadeagle to an altar, ungagged, barefoot and wearing a white gown. A panther is led in and brought towards her as she screams. The camera cuts away, not showing what the panther does to her, but when she appears again she does a Kinski-like feline transformation. |
