| @4:00pm CFTM Tarzan et la cité perdue (1998) Record number: 1240 Title: Tarzan and the Lost City (1998) Medium: Movie Actress: Jane March Description: Playing the eponymous female lead, she gets grabbed by the baddies about 50 minutes in and marched across jungle and savanna with her hands roped together in front. When they get to the title location, they enter a cave where they decide to do away with her by tying her to a vertical rock and wedging a dynamite stick with a long fuse between the ropes. @5:50pm TFC Record number: 1810 Title: You Wish Medium: TV Series Actress: Harley Jane Kozak Description: Episode: "Bride and Prejudice" (1.12) The Genie's fiancee is extremely jealous of his lovely master Gillian (Kozak). So much so that she ties the lovely damsel to some railroad tracks and cleave-gags her with a nice red bandanna. Later in the episode, the fiancee ties Gillian to a rocket and fires her off into outer space. Well it is a comedy. @6:00pm YTV Record number: 5426 Title: Adventures of Rocky & Bullwinkle, The (2000) aka Rocky and Bullwinkle Medium: Movie Actress: Piper Perabo, Rene Russo, Jane Edith Wilson Description: If you fast forward to the end of the movie, there is a scene where FBI Agent Karen Symphany (Perabo, from Coyote Ugly) gets strapped to a chair, with an evil device clamped to her head which Fearless Leader (Robert DeNiro) plans to use to turn her into a vegetable. Not a very quality scene by any means but she is hot! At the same time three other FBI agents are strapped to chairs and turned into human vegetables. The FBI agent/Radish is played by Jane Edith Wilson. Through the somewhat inept intervention of Bullwinkle, the good guys save the day and Rocky wraps Natasha (Russo)Fearless Leader and Boris (Jason Alexander) with lots of electrical cable. @8:00pm CBC Record number: 1136 Title: Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom (1984) Medium: Movie Actress: Kate Capshaw Description: She is shackled inside a cage, which is lowered towards a pit of molten lava. Dr. Jones is in a trance but recovers, and once out of it, rescues her. |

We see her near the end of the episode held prisoner in a lighthouse, hands tied to the arms of a chair and gagged with a white cleave. Dad rushes in and saves our heroine just in the nick of time as the fiend is strangling her. Short scenes but some fairly close shots of the gag. This was shown in the UK on February 6 2000. |

Versions of the film usually aired on British TV are the same, but the first cut I ever saw (also on TV) had a scene in which Redford started by saying, "I need your car." He proceeded to tie her up against her protestations, and just before he gagged her, she said, "This is not fair!" There were several almost-closeups of her face being gagged and struggling as Redford left. The order of scenes is also changed in subsequent versions; the original sequence made the narrative much clearer. |

In the final 10 minutes of the movie, the real killer ( I won't give away the twist) grabs Ashley Judd, firmly clamps his hand over her mouth, drags her into the house. He then ties her arms behind her back and hogties her. The scene is dark and the cuts are quick. Ashley is wearing a bathrobe and white socks. |
