She talks to the bad guys for a while before they decide to gag her with the tape. She mmmphs and wiggles while the bad guys pour gasoline on her. One bad guy kisses her tapegagged mouth at one point. She escapes by taking a small piece of glass and cutting the tape that binds her feet. She gets up and starts to run out of the room before the bad guy grabs her feet & pulls her to the ground. She reaches up to tear off the gag. Eventually she falls down the stairs, most of her bonds torn off. She's OK |

| @4:00pm CITY Record number: 860 Title: Perfect Daughter, The (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Bess Armstrong, Tracey Gold Description: Bess plays the mother of Tracey Gold, who is in trouble with the mob or something. They kidnap Bess and tie her and wrap her in duct tape and tape gag her. She is sitting on the couch when she is tied up and struggles and moans nicely. About five minutes in length, and in the last hour, if not the last 30 minutes. Tracey's character is seriously injured when she is hit by a car while running from the bad guys and is rendered unconscious. Following a trip to the hospital and surgery, she awakens and is securely chained to her bed and is intubated (i.e., has a tube in her mouth and throat). Apparently, she is chained so that she can't take the tube out of her mouth. She mmmphs a few times while in this situation. The tube serves as a king of altenative gag. The scene is a must for alternative gag, faux gag and medical bondage fans. @4:00pm CFTM Parents secours (1996) Record number: 5329 Title: House Arrest (1996) Medium: Movie Actress: Caroline Aaron, Sheila McCarthy Description: Briefly, the storyline is about kids locking up their parents in a basement because they get divorced or behave badly in other ways. 2 parent couples are caught like this: Pretending the be in a sociology class, practicing some trust exersise, the kids persuade the parents to let them tie them up. The two mothers are tied with hands tied together in front with rope and they are cleave-gagged. They are seen in a van, a bit later still tied the same way but also trapped in a net, as they are forced down into the basement. Guy alert. @6:30pm CFTM Josie et les Pussycats (2001) Record number: 5095 Title: Josie and the Pussycats (2001) Medium: Movie Actress: Missi Pyle, Parker Posey Description: Towards the end of the movie the group's manager and Missi are tied up by the villains and gagged with black tape. The tape has words on it, but they were illegible. At one point, the gagged actress pulls the tape halfway off her mouth and makes a comment, then regags herself! Later on in the scene, Parker Posey is arrested and has her hands cuffed behind her back. Guy alert. |

Record number: 265 Title: Shoot To Kill (1988) Medium: Movie Actress: Kirstie Alley, Janet Rotblatt Description: A cold-blooded kidnapper kills his victim (middle-aged Mrs Berger is shot dead while handcuffed to a bridge railing early in the movie) and escapes with the loot - a stack of diamonds. He wants to get into Canada so cunningly joins a mountain trekking party as a means of eluding his pursuers, headed by FBI agent Warren Stantin (Sidney Poitier). The trekking party is lead by Sarah Knox (Kirstie Alley), a little puzzled that one of her party seems a bit out of place roughing it. Warren Knox (Tom Berenger), Kirstie's brother, also a guide, is co-opted by Stantin to help him in the chase. As the party climb into the high country the bad guy starts disposing of the others until just he and Kirstie are left. When next we see her she is in a mountain hut, tied hanging by her arms from a rafter while, under threat, she talks on the radio to base. The race continues, at one point Kirstie having a rope tied around her middle so she cannot get too far ahead of her captor. Near the border the bad guy is about to do a trade with another criminal and he is holding Sarah with her hands tied in front. Can't see much of the rope but when she is eventually saved and released we see the rope being unwound and it looks like she was well bound. Very dramatic end minutes and generally a pretty good movie to watch. |

Record number: 1004 Title: Hard Rain (1998) Medium: Movie Actress: Minnie Driver Description: Taken captive by a crooked sheriff's deputy in a town being flooded, she's lying on her back on a stairway in her house, her hands cuffed between the top two rails of the bannister. She manages to get a knife out of her pocket and uses it to stab him in the neck when he comes on to her. As the water rises around her, she tries to pull his body toward her with her foot to get the handcuff keys; when this fails, she's forced to climb the stairs, stopping to take screws out of the top rail to get the cuffs past the supports several times as the sequence continues. Her boyfriend shows up soon after she reaches the top-and the water reaches her neck-and ultimately rescues her by shooting the handcuffs with the deputy's gun, after failing to cut through the bannister with a saw when its blade breaks. The sequence starts at about an hour and 10 minutes, and continues for most of the rest of the movie. |
