The two young ladies are B & G'd in the worm's lair, an underground cave. The sister is chained, wrists together behind her back, leaning forward, to a wall of the cave. Looks very uncomfortable. She's very tightly cleave-gagged with what looks like a black leather strap, and she moans and wiggles quite a bit. Catherine, meanwhile, is stripped to a bra and panties and tied with her wrists above her head to a rope from the ceiling. Her ankles are tied to the ground and she is also gagged with a black leather strap. She also struggles mightily. You get a good glimpse of her bare feet.
