One of the guys binds Sydney's wrists to the arms of a chair and several loops of rope are wrapped around her chest to secure it to the chair's back. At one point, the bad guy orders Sydney be tied tighter and the guy apologizes to her as he puts more pressure on the ropes. She's tied back-to-back with one guy, while the other guy is also tied to a chair in front of her. The evil ex-commie releases snakes. @4:00pm CITY Record number: 1498 Title: Relic Hunter Medium: TV Series Actress: Roberta Angelica Description: Episode: "Transformation" (1.7) For once, the heroine (Carrere) gets the drop on the evil agent (Angelica). The evil agents wrists are bound behind her back and she's cleave-gagged on screen by a thick camouflaged hankerchief. Lots of cleavage is in evidence. However the evil agent escapes and momentarily gets the upper hand on our heroine. After a rousing mud-wrestling scene, our heroine is victorious. The scenes are in the last half hour. @8:00pm CKVR 1-800-Missing From US Posters: "the last 15 minutes of 1-800-Missing came through for a full treatment scene in the last 15 minutes, with a tape-gagged damsel also bound at the wrists. Putz alert" @9:00pm TFO Le Septième sceau (1957) Record number: 6547 Title: Sjunde inseglet, Det (1957) aka Seventh Seal, The Medium: Movie Actress: Maud Hansson Description: There are two scenes involving a young woman (presumably a witch). In the first, about 25 minutes into the film, she sits on the ground with her hands shackled over her head to a post behind her and her ankles locked into stocks. Then, at about an hour and 10 minutes, she's shown being carried to the scene of her burning in a cage-like wagon, standing with her wrists secured to its side rails, though with what isn't easy to see (the scene occurs at night). When the wagon arrives at its destination, she's pulled from it and carried to a ladder lying on the ground, to which she's tied with her arms over her head. The ladder is raised and propped against a tree while the fire is stoked in the background, but the actual burning isn't shown. |

Later we get to see her transported to State prison to begin her life sentence dressed in her best "Reform School Dropout" moll look: Hair: Farrah's famous blonde mane teased Black leather jacket w/ upturned collar; unzipped, to show off a lacey blouse underneath. Tight-fitting Gold Lame ("Spank me, Spank me") Pants. Accessorized by the prison's Waist Chains and Cuffs. Her wrists are cuffed to the waist chains on-screen, then she's loaded into the van, feistily challenging the matron. While in the van, she flirt with the guard ("Let's make the ride a little more interesting"), who somehow is able to decline her come-on. She's led out of the van to State prison, where the matrons remove her jewelry, before leading her to her new cell. A shot of her in prison waist chains is on the cover of the video. |

They hand-gag her and carry her over to a large birdcage on a four-legged metal stand, a corner of which they cuff her hands around before gagging her and binding her ankles with duct tape. She watches in terror, mmphing loudly, as one of the baddies pulls out a pistol and does away with his partners before stepping outside onto a balcony. Struggling fiercely, she manages to knock the birdcage off the stand, blocking the door and giving her time to drag the stand (the legs of which are crossbraced at the bottom so that she can't just slip the cuffs off it) over to where she can grab a cordless phone, into which she mmphs loudly after dialing 911. The sequence lasts about seven minutes. |

Versions of the film usually aired on British TV are the same, but the first cut I ever saw (also on TV) had a scene in which Redford started by saying, "I need your car." He proceeded to tie her up against her protestations, and just before he gagged her, she said, "This is not fair!" There were several almost-closeups of her face being gagged and struggling as Redford left. The order of scenes is also changed in subsequent versions; the original sequence made the narrative much clearer. |
