Venna is handgagged in a dark corn field at about 1:12 into the movie. She is held captive in a hotel room, tied to a chair, and gagged with clear tape that is wrapped around her mouth several times. This happens at about 1:16 in. There is a shotgun at the door, rigged to go off if anyone opens it. The scene is switched back and forth to several times. Numerous close-ups and wondeful mmmppphing by Leelee make this scene a must-see, even for those who despise clear tapegags! Towards the end of the film (around 1:30), there's a brief scene where "Charlotte" (Jessica Bowman) is seen (in the cab of a truck) wearing a very tight dark-colored bandana cleave gag. Shot is from the head up with no ropes or restraints visible. |

Record number: 1228 Title: King Solomon's Mines (1985) Medium: Movie Actress: Sharon Stone Description: As the client/love interest of Allan Quartermain (Richard Chamberlain) in this remake, Stone is kidnapped early in the film while she and her guide walk through a crowded bazaar. She's grabbed by a native who hand-gags her, and ends up being carried off rolled up in a rug (the rolling-up isn't shown), escaping when she falls over a ledge when the rug is unrolled. Towards the end of the movie, she's abducted again by natives who want to sacrifice her by dropping her into a pit of molten lava. She's restrained by two long sticks with hooped ends, wielded by natives on either side of her, as a glowing "crown" apparently made of red-hot rock tries to lower itself onto her. Incidentally, neither the 1937 nor 1950 film versions of this story contain any bondage or bondagelike scenes. |

She is in a chair, her hands tied to the armrests, and tightly cleave-gagged with white cloth. Some one-way dialog from her captor. Later, the villains try to drug her, so they release one of her arms, holding it and hand-gagging her for the injection. At around the 45 minute mark, they put her in the back of an SUV. She is unconscious, lying on the floor, hands tied behind her back. The villain try to escape but they crash the SUV. She is rescued from the back of the SUV shortly afterwards. |
